Green Plant Restoration did an amazing job fixing the mold issue I was having in my apartment rental. They listened and fulfilled all my needs and went above and beyond even. Especially the project manager Dan Hagshur he was professional and efficient. Definitely recommend this company!

We found mold under the kitchen sink and needed to get it removed. I texted some photos to David and he was able to give us a quote/rundown based off of those, + was so helpful through the whole process, from setting up the preliminary lead/asbestos tests, to scheduling the repair, to completion, a final clearance test and a recommendation for the follow-up construction work. They conducted a visual inspection and measured moisture levels in the structure before concluding that mold was present. Mold removal and asbestos abatement were accomplished throughout our residential and office facility by the Green Planet Restoration team. In performing the project, the team was exceedingly accommodating and professional.

They were wonderful in drying my apartment and mitigating mold when we had a leak. They were very careful with our belongings and made an excellent containment area for our extremely tall ceiling. They responds very quickly via text and I knew that he was taking care of us. They makes great recommendations and is very fair priced. We hope we don't have this issue again with the rain, but if we do, we know who to call!
