Services
Ruben Surveying utilizes GPS for setting horizontal and vertical control for all major conventional surveying projects. We are currently using four dual frequency units, two of which are Glonass satellite capable. Depending on the project we use Static, RTK (Real Time Kinematic and use post processing software or submit the data to the NGS online OPUS (Online Positioning User Service).
House Staking is very important step in the construction process, that is where foundation of the building will be on your parcel of land within building setbacks. All other building finishing's take place after foundation construction and we can not emphases enough - how important is to have foundation in the right place.

Ruben Surveying is a company that has been around since I was in grade school. I admire their employees and they have a product unlike any other. They are not your average surveying company - they know that in today's market, timelines are everything and I have yet to refer a client to them that has not had the product they paid for by the date they agreed upon. You get what you pay for and I am thrilled to have one go-to surveyor who has a 100% pull through :)! So if you need a normal lot/block or a massive topographic or a whole development mapped out... with plenty of lead time or to come through

I would definitely recommend using Ruben Surveying & Mapping. Everyone I spoke with at Ruben Surveying was very polite and promptly answered all of the questions that I had. Not only did I receive my survey in a timely manner, but I feel I got a great price for the value. Mr. Ruben even took the time to explain to me the history behind surveying and how it all works.All of their equipment was updated and appeared to be top of the line. You can tell that this company takes great pride in what they do and to me, a customer, that means a lot.

My review starts with a few key thoughts to contemplate while perusing the other reviews of Ruben Surveying, specifically towards a few token 1 star reviews. Those reviews seem to all have a similar tone: ‘I didn’t get what I want...’or ‘because I didn’t get my way’. Take note within the very next breath, there’s another common thread- direct disparagement or slam towards the owner.
Going out of the way to frame another person negatively in high hopes that somehow someone else wouldn’t get what they wanted either, ergo the best advice available is to not reach out to the business
