Waiting 4 weeks. Calling the 4th week every other day as Butler could not give a definitive date. Told the office and surveyor to call me an hour before, so I can let them in the property as it is locked up, fence locked, etc.
Called, into the 5 week wondering where they were. "We were their yesterday and couldn't get in." I left specific directions? and am calling 3 times the last week. Why didn't the surveyor call? He will come tomorrow.
A gentlemen called was fairly distant, said he would be here in half an hour. Waited two hours, no show, no call. Can not recommend this company.

I called and email the company regarding a survey done on a vacant lot I am under contract for. At first they seemed to be responsive and professional. After several hours of waiting for their estimate of time/cost of the survey I sent them email explaining my situation and time constraints I am under and asked them when they would be able to provide me an estimate.
It's been already 6 days since that email but I still have not received response nor estimate from them. Zero. Nada.
I was exchanging emails with Ashley and Stephanie. I do not recommend working with them.
