We had a great experience working with Brian on a new Dolby Atmos surround sound system. He provided expert advice on potential speaker options given the room dimensions and outlined options at different price points. The set of speakers we ultimately landed on have a beautiful cherry finish and provide wonderful sound. Brian kept in regular communication on the timing of the installation when shipping delayed two of the speakers. We will definitely work with Brian again.

I’ve been using Brian and Immersive Experiences for my A/V needs for years now. They are very knowledgeable about the latest equipment and extremely reliable and fastidious with the installation. Brian knows his AV products very well. He also installed a rock solid WIFI system for our spread out house. He is easy to work with and completely explains the trade-offs on price and quality. We have been looking for 2 years for a company to upgrade our home sound system. When Brian Diehl of Immersive Experiences came to give us an estimate, we knew that he would be the right person. Brian is fantastic, 100% knowledgeable, resourceful, service oriented, smart, and totally trustworthy. He was able to add new system features while still retaining the workable parts of our existing system. We had a great experience with Brian and the entire Immersive Experiences team. Brian listened closely to what we did (and did not) want and designed a system that we are incredibly happy with. When it came to installation, Brian and team arrived on time and - when they found some unanticipated installation issues - kept us informed and stayed until everything was perfect. Just as important, Brian is someone who I'd love to work with again. I'll never forget watching the YouTube videos of his (now disbanded) rock band on our flat screen TV when the installation was complete. Highly recommended

I used Brian recently to set-up my home theater/ speakers. I had my own amp/ speakers etc so needed him just for the wiring and set-up. Brian was meticulous, diligent and took great pains to make sure the set-up was neat, concealed and based on my preferences. Brian helped me plan and then install a living room home theater system for my new home. I knew the dimensions of the room meant I needed a screen larger than any flat-panel that's readily available -- about 120" --which meant two-piece projection (screen+projector). I initially reached out to Brian to help me understand the feasibility and potential quality of a two-piece projection theater system in a room with a decent amount of ambient (natural) light.

Brian was so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable; it was a pleasure working with him. First he came over and did an in-home demo with an Anthem AVR. It turned out to be more complicated than I'm sure he planned because of my equipment setup, but we worked through all of the issues and I learned a lot in the interim. We had an upfront discussion of the costs and he got me a great deal on a Samsung UHD TV. Delivery was a bit rushed (it was a B-day present) but he pulled it off on time and setup went well. Brian performed a calibration on the TV and the difference was remarkable. Overall, great experience

Brian is very detail oriented and a very neat worker. Needless to say, he did a fantastic job - he completely reworked and updated the system. He is very professional, knowledgeable and is detailed in his work. His follow up is fantastic. Our family recently did a major renovation on our new residence. During the process, we engaged a dozen contractors and service providers. Although they were all first class, Immersive Experiences was in a category all by itself in terms of expertise and service. They volunteered to meet with other subcontractors, on an uncompensated basis, for purposes of coordination. They suggested products and passed through discounts from their vendors. Brian set up our homeTV/audio system a few months ago. His work was excellent: from helping us select what to order, to ordering some of the items, to their proper installation, and, best of all!, checking in with us after the fact to make sure everything was A OK. As a matter of fact, recently we had two issues he expertly solved for us: some Samsung software that wouldn't download properly, and our TV not working after moving some furniture around. He patiently troubleshooted over the phone and willingly offered to make a house call if need be. In both cases the problems were solved
