BEWARE, DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT QUALITY, RELIABLE, TIMELY COMPUTER REPAIRS.
If I could give them zero stars that would be most appropriate. I brought 3 computers there to be serviced and only one was completely repaired. The others (2) never worked from the day I picked them up; doing the same thing as what I brought them in to have repair. The owner admittedly had untrained people working on them but refused to repair them. He kept the computers for over 9 months. Offered to replace my MAC computers with Microsofts, I refused because I brought 2 MACs in for repair; not to be broken by his

PC Tune-Ups is a small family owned computer repair shop. I had to bring my grandmothers old laptop in to have a repair done that way we could access old videos and photos after she passed, the repair was done in a timely fashion and all of the staff was super friendly! It was a great experience in a time that was very difficult for me and my family. I will recommend PC Tune-Ups to all of my friends and family because of the quality service I received.

My experience here is mixed. I found one member of the staff, Jenn, to be patient and friendly on the phone, so my negative review is less about her and more about the store in general. In fact, I was so impressed with how friendly she was that I figured I would drive out to the store and try to solve my laptop keyboard issues here instead of trying to use the internet, like I normally would. I was informed that two keyboards were in stock, and one of them would likely fix my sticky s-key issue, or my s-key could be swapped out and replaced for a mere $5. Great, right? These guys do it all for your computer needs. Any problem you have they can most likely fix it. Their rates are high though. I'm not exactly sure of rates as I don't come here to have my computer serviced (I got free tech support from my nephew lol). Rates are somewhere between $50-60/hr.
