Wisp is dedicated to providing our clients with impeccable service when they need it. Check out our Accelerated and Emergency Service options for Computer Services, Phone, Tablet and Game Console Repairs. If you are in need of a scheduled pick up or delivery, please contact us. This service will push a computer to the front of the repair queue if parts are available in store or only a service is needed.
Hardware replacements, (both part and labor) when part is provided by Wisp, are generally warrantied for 6 months. Examples of issues covered by warranty: part malfunction, part separation from frame, or a loose part within device. Warranty does not apply to software repair for viruses, jailbreaking, or rooting.
All scrap and broken repair parts and electronics will be recycled or disposed of in an environmentally safe way. Our goal is to have nearly zero of our e-waste going into landfills. We will accept from you and recycle all old and broken computers, laptops, cell phones, batteries, game systems, and other small electronics so that we can be a convenient place for you to drop off your e-waste.

If you're looking for a new iPhone screen I'd suggest skipping the perceived convenience of coming to Wisp and instead going straight to the Apple store.
My first phone screen replacement was not only operationally defective but the poor quality was also visibly noticeable, especially when placed next to an iPhone with an original screen. Fortunately they honored their warranty program and replaced it. Unfortunately, my new screen has a physical defect in it, but it still seems to function as normal, and for the sake of not having to make

Great experience! Will definitely be doing business here again. Price was slightly higher than I hoped for, but this was without a doubt the fastest turn around time I have ever had on a repair. I was told they needed to order the part and it could take 5 days but they had my macbook ready to be picked up in 2 days.

I brought in my laptop for a broken key and hinge and they ended up keeping it for a little over a week and didn't update me till I called in, told me my laptop was not turning on despite anything they were doing. However, I just brought it home, plugged in my charger, and it turned on no problem? (Mind you, they said they didn't need my charger because they have their own at the store). I'm glad I just picked up my laptop before I possibly payed for any problems I didn't have.

I brought my kids tablet in yesterday for a repair. I was told it would take 8 days to fix the charger port that would cost $65, I asked if there was anyway it could be done sooner? The lady I was working would said it could be expedited for an extra $40 if they had the charger port I needed, I explained to her that the total cost would be more than I paid for the tablet. She said they would check to see if they had the port and if that was the only thing wrong with the tablet then she would give me a call to see if I wanted to move forward with the charge and I agreed. She did in fact check me

I went to the Mac store with a bricked MacBook Pro and they told me all they could do was send it back to Apple for refurbishment. It would have cost me $800. I took it to Wisp with low expectations, and these guys came out as HEROES.
One of the owners put it on a high powered charger and I waited. He had me booted back up in less than 15 minutes. I will not hesitate to come back to Wisp.

Took my tablet here and told it couldn't be fixed and did not put the charge port back and would not give it back also took it apart and a lot of cables were not put back. Had someone else look at it and said it can be fixed and that they were being lazy. It was about 2 months ago it's an Asus t100ha

I brought my Girl friend laptop to get looked at to be possible repaired. They said the GPU had failed and it could not be repaired. They gave us back the laptop which sat for a month. Soon I purchased a new laptop and was plaining on using the SSD inside the broken computer..When i opened it up The SSD was gone. A employee at WISP stole the SSD to possible use it for a future replacement. I'm very upset and plan to go to WISP tomorrow to see how they handle this situation.

Initially had brought my iPhone in for a battery replacement. Went flawless. Very quick service and my iPhone was back up and running like new. Decided to bring my wife and daughter's iPhones in as well for battery replacement. Another great experience. They really stand behind their work. Kept me informed throughout the process. Wouldn't take my electronics anywhere else for repair. Truly a professional staff. Will do whatever it takes to ensure the customer is happy.

I asked if they could fix my back camera and they stated that they could. However, they did not know what they were doing and made me wait a whole day to receive my phone back. When they gave me my phone back, there was a crack that they left on my back camera. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! THE SERVICE IS SOOOOOOO BAD!

Wisp is AMAZING! I have brought several phones here and several computers also. Every time I go I am amazed at the customer service. They are friendly, knowledgeable, reasonably priced and they will forever be my go to place when I have electronic problems. They are very honest and if they can't fix it they will let you know what to do and I have been there a few times where if they couldn't help me recover something from my computer they did not charge me for it since they couldn't help! Just incredible. I love this place!

We have come here several time. With teenage kids you can imagine the many time needing a screen replaced! They've done an amazing job each and every time and they are priced reasonably. We've also brought our MacBook Air here for repair and they where able to fix no problem for less than half what Best Buy quoted me. Definitely recommend if you need any electronics fixed.

Time for a review update! Wisp has worked their magic yet again! My laptop (the same one from the last review) was having charging issues again and, sure enough, it needed a new charge port. Also, I had had a cracked screen for well over a year and had them fix that as well, just as long as they were going to be doing things with it. Well, in a day they fixed the port and the screen and my computer is back to work! Yay! They always do such a good job here and I would never bring my computer anywhere else. I use my laptop for my job, so downtime is a "no go" for me. Thankfully, they work

You know a repair shop is honest when they don't try and sell you false hope. They looked through the guts of my phone and identified several areas where corrosion and water damage made it likely to fail and basically said they wouldn't feel good doing the repair. I also liked that they pointed exactly what they meant so I could decide for myself. Super professional!

GREAT small business to deal with. Best service ever, they replace the screen in my HTC U11. Ordered on Tuesday, they went out of their way to track it and make sure I could work the repair into my travel plans, installed on Friday. You cant even tell the phone has been touched. They also sell NICE anker charge cables and many accessories.

I really can't say enough good things about the team at Wisp! I brought in my laptop because it had some kind of virus. I am not very tech savvy, but they explained everything clearly and it was obvious they knew exactly what they were doing. My computer is a few years old, but it came back working like it was brand new!
