I do a lot of work in coffee shops around town, and am always in search of places with free wifi and great food that doesn't hurt my wallet.

The bagels are good, but like @Maria B, it always feels like they are trying to trick you with offers that are no good, like the loyalty card that gives you 10% off on your 10th order (equivalent to a 1% discount for the 10% of people who can hold on to a card that long and actually be that loyal--so .1% discount) and the tips starting at 18% for a long wait and in fact no service.

This is my 2nd time ordering from here. Both times our orders have been incorrect. Both times they have missed key ingredients, like SAUSAGE, on their own curated breakfast bagels. And another time adding cream-cheese to a bagel although I never asked for it, (i'm dairy free) and was charged too. bagels are good, just cant wrap my head around the continued pattern of serving incorrect orders. Its clear this is a pattern displayed by other reviews with the same grievance as mine.
I understand that finding employees is tight right now, So i appreciate the workers in there helping to keep

The bagels were pretty good.. I got the big momma bagel and added cucumbers but they charged me for them and didn't put them on my sandwich... Also got a cinnamon sugar bagel with butter and honey but again charged me for butter but didn't put on the bagel, also gave me the tiniest amount of honey it covered maybe 1/8th of my bagel and it was all burnt 😟😟 being my first time there, wasn't the best experience and I'm a little disappointed I paid so much and didn't even get what I paid for..

The bagels are pretty good, but this place is so incredibly slow I just can't go there. I've been three times relatively recently and the wait for a single bagel is almost comically long. The setup seems to make it appear there is no line - they take your order and then you ring up around the corner. On my last visit I rounded the corner and stood for almost ten minutes behind several others and no food came out, no one was rung up.

Normally I love this place I have been going here since I was 8 but today I ordered an iced chai and they made a hot one so I asked if they could re make it. The girl helping me told me she was just gonna poor it over ice which in my opinion is worse than just getting the wrong item. Not only that then I got home and opened up my bagel and it hasn’t been cut in half plus they put avocado on it when I didn’t ask for it.

If you like being up-charged and horrible customer service, you're in luck. This business was made for you. I waited more than 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me or took my order. I ordered a bagel breakfast sandwich with a cheddar jalapeño bagel. There was no mention on the menu that the cheddar jalapeño bagel would be $2 extra. After paying extra for the bagel, a total of more than $9 for my sandwich, I was given the wrong bagel! Really disappointing experience overall.

Absolutely love this place, been going here for almost 10 years and never had a bad experience. Scott always gives the best customer service, and everyone else is also super friendly. And they make some of the best bagels I’ve ever had!!! Cannot recommend this place enough. Best bagel place in Boulder!!!

I stopped in this store this morning just passing through Boulder from Denver and man, I was blown away by the breakfast bagel sandwich I received! I ordered the omelette sandwich on a jalapeno bagel. Divine. Mushrooms and spinach cooked into the egg and just the right toast. It was incredible. The staff was super friendly, too! It seemed like the two guys working were having a great time, friendly service with a smile, I love it. Oh! And the coffee. I don't know too terribly much about coffee but their dark roast, I think it was Santos or cantilena (?) was delicious. Definitely recommend and I

4 stars for food but the service was terrible. We just ordered delivery and half the stuff that was on the receipt was not in the bag. I understand since we ordered through Uber Eats I'd have to get refunded through them. However I thought management might want to know that orders were going out incorrectly so i called. The first guy passed me off to Scott who was very snatchy bordering rude and not apologetic in the least. No sorry your order was wrong nothing! He just went on the whole call Uber eats schpeal and I said I think you're missing my point I'm trying to let you know

I get grub hub from this place all the time. They make the most incredible breakfast bagel sandwiches.
Their gluten free bagels are literally the best I have ever had, in any state, anywhere.
My personal favorites: ham, egg, American cheese, and butter on a toasted gluten free bagel and a Bhakti chai with 3 shots of espresso.
Just eat here. You won't regret it.

I had the worst and weirdest experience at this location today. It took 15 minutes to get a cup of coffee which was given to me begrudgingly with small Containers of creamer although I saw a giant jug of creamer behind them. I know they were busy but so rude and such terrible service. Please avoid this location

I really want to love this place but they make it SO hard. Coming from NY and traveling throughout the country i'm always craving a good bagel and the problem with this place isn't the bagels, it's the staff.
1st time visiting- The man taking our order says "the Hot Wing usually comes on a baguette but we're out so pick a bagel instead" okay no problem.
2nd time visiting: Order two Hot Wing sandwiches and i order one of a bagel and one on a baguette. I then look at my receipt and it says the baguette was a .30 cents extra. Now I know .30 cents doesn't make

Was looking to get some bagels for all of us at work this morning and tried them for the first time this morning and so glad I did. Almost went with the obvious bagel chain restaurant, but I saw these guys on DoorDash too and decided to give them a try. Ordered the Daddy's Dozen (13 bagels and 2 containers of cream cheese) and couldn't be happier. The bagels were warm and delicious and the cream cheese was so flavorful. And everyone at work loved them. I think we have a new "go to" bagel place!

I pick up a couple dozen bagels from here for a business meeting, early weekday morning. The place was pretty busy and the air smelled like fresh bagels.
The line moved pretty fast and there were a good amount of employees helping guests & one another. Good assorted bagel varieties, reasonable prices and my customers enjoyed the breakfast treats.

They were out of regular bagels so I opted for whole wheat .
Bacon and egg whole wheat bagel ... Egg was fake with no flavor , bacon was instant and not fully cooked . Honestly the egg bacon bagel from McDonald's is better would of given 3 stars but how in the world do you run out of regular bagels in a bagel shop u make bagels in. Slightly disappointed.

Went there for the first time today and ordered a bacon, egg and cheese bagel. When I got to my desk at work I realized there was no bacon :(
Still very tasty! But bummed about the bacon part.
So check your order before you leave just in case!

BEST BAGELS IN BOULDER. Been going here for years. As close to a NYC bagel as you'll get in Colorado. If you're looking for a breakfast sandwich the four corner bagel is top-notch. Big Daddy's goes heavy on the cream cheese, has tons of different flavors, and good smoothies as well. If you get there early in the morning you can purchase their day old pastries for super cheap, which still taste great!

Honestly, really good bagels! It's hard to find good bagel joints in Denver. Einstein's simply doesn't cut it! Big chain bagel places are nothing compared to locally owned and operated. The bagels have that perfect crunch on the shell with a soft inside. The cream cheese is clearly made in house!
My favorites are the Italiano (everything bagel), with scallion cream cheese, and the garlic bagel with veggie cream cheese! To die for and worth a 20 minute drive when I am craving a good bagel!
