Larry was very rude over the phone. We were price shopping having someone power wash the pool deck. He mentioned several times that he has been in the business since 1992 and that he's the absolute best. He also said that he uses a solution that is $30/gallon and blah blah blah. His courtesy could have gone much farther than it did. Unfortunately I do not want to refer him any business based on the way Larry acted on the phone. We needed a simple power washing done and he wanted to upsell additional services not required. Better phone etiquette needed to seal this deal.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! They didn't get off the spots I specifically told them I needed! Showed up 4 hours late too without a phone call! The workers said they didn't leave invoices or deal with billing so I waited to get an invoican sent a hateful text to remind me to pay! I called him to say I was mailing a check and he verbally attacked me again! He insisted on a credit card again! He said he would hire an attorney and I would pay his fees and threatened again the lien on my house! This was Tuesday after a job done on Friday! I was not happy with the job but did pay because
