Liars, upsellers, and crooks. Told the people buying my home that the air handler needs replacement right away, after arguing with them for a while they finally admitted that the air handler has 5 to 7 years of life left, just they have a top of the line unit they would like to sell us. Also told us they would have to hang the outside units off the… wall but after correcting their simple math errors they conceded they could use the existing AC stands. There were more detailed things they said that they eventually had to admit was just them trying to upsell, not things that were wrong, too

When I discovered mold in my 1960's AC ducts, I called several companies. Ellington was THE ONLY company that actually had a person answer the phone. All the others put me on hold while listening to a recording about how important I was to them. Ellington sent a tech , Bill, out the very same day. Bill did a thorough inspection and gave us quotes for several different options to handle the problem. We decided to have the ducts completely replaced. The job was scheduled right away and completed within days of the inspection. Several days later Ellington sent someone else out to inspect the

I really liked this company when the tech, Corey, came to fix our air conditioning several months ago. He was prompt and professional and did a great job. I recently had another issue with a different unit and they sent another tech. I'll leave his name out. He diagnosed that my motor and module were bad. Quote was $1959 to fix the issue. Called another company for a second opinion bc the unit was running and cooling and it struck me as odd it needed 2k worth of work. The problem was fixed for $180. Unfortunately, your business is only as good as your technicians can be trusted. Poor Corey

We are so impressed with the professionalism of this company. John is an amazing technician. He was on time and very friendly. I felt he was very honest and did not over charge us. If I could give lower than one star I would ! they have lied lied lied to me from the beginning! They said my air-conditioning bill would go down and it has gone up 70. Dollars a month they told me I didn't need to have new air runs put in and now my ceiling is falling because of the moisture in my vents they told me two days ago they were going to replace my thermostat and then they stop answering phone calls. They told me on my new air handler that they could replace the in take vent so that they would match and I had a big hole cut out and had to have my wall repainted absolutely have
