Professional installation of 2 ac split systems for our home. One was challenging as air handler is located in the attic. Appreciate the no rush, get it done right approach. This prevents workmanship concerns in the future. Attention to details was obvious as they installed the systems. No surprise when completed both systems are functioning correctly.

We have regular annual service with Durham & Sons and have been using them for our 2 older HVAC systems for the past 8 years. We love their technical service (the fact that our systems always work well is a testament to that), but it’s their customer service that sets them apart. Jaki in the office is always on top of our service calls and appointments (and I love that they text me service reminders) and Tommy always goes above and beyond with our service calls and always with a huge smile and a story. There’s never a rush and the job is always done right. Great people, great company.

They were able to send a tech out the same afternoon I called. Couldn’t fix the problem but the next day were able to completely upgrade my system and get us cooled off. Guys were great and the custom service ladies were great also!
