Was a customer and tried to get prices on home owners for a house i was buying. Three weeks later I called they said my papers was in a stack waiting to be finished and if it was important they would jump on it. Now house is bought and insurance is with someone else because advantage failed to contact me for 2 months. I even changed my auto to another company because I'm not important .
