I've had nothing but great experience and service from Hibbs and our agent Ray Guthrie. He not only helped us find the best deal, he was very proactive at finding us a new insurance company when the one we had announced they'd pull out of KY. We can't say enough good things about our agent, Ray Guthrie. He spent considerable time working with us to get the coverage we need at a price we can afford. At ages 83 and 87 this is very important to us. When we were shopping for a new policy, other agents were apathetic, but Ray was always timely, professional and committed to helping us.
