This place is first class when it comes to taking care of their patients. I had the pleasure of working with Itzel Guzman. Her official title is Patient Care Coordinator however they should change it to Wonder Woman. She was on top of all the details before and after my procedure. She even responds to my email in a timely fashion. Working with her made this time which is stressful less stressful. Knowing that I could always go to her is awesome feeling. The rest of the team is awesome too. Dr. Fiez has been helpful and explaining things before and after my procedure. He even called me on a Sunday

Dr. Feiz and Dr. Rim have been amazing surgeons. The after care and follow up they provide their patients is amazing. I had my surgery 6 months ago and I have lost 80 pounds already. My husband and cousin have seen my amazing results and have surgery scheduled this month. Honestly it is the best decision I have made for myself. I am so happy with my results. I contacted the office to schedule an appointment. The staff was friendly and professional. This is a very busy office so I waited a month for an appointment. I received a call the day after my scheduled appointment time and had a very brief conversation with Dr. Rim. I was on an informational conference call and we placed our phones on mute. At the end of the call Dr. Rim stated that someone would call later that day to answer any questions I may have. I called the next day and stated that I did not received a call back. From my first day contacting his office to today I have had an amazing experience. Both doctors are wonderful. And their staff is even more wonderful. Especially Itzel Guzman. She handled everything for me every step of the way. Couldn't be more pleased with my entire experience. My surgery was a breeze considering it is major surgery. I am 32 years old and I have 4 children and was 5'6 210 lbs I've dieted and tried all I could for 5 years. Nothing was working I couldn't drop pass 189 lbs. the day of my surfing was 210lbs and was so ready. Surgery went great. Recovery was good tough but went smooth here i am a year and 3 months post opp I am weighing 145-148lbs. I feel healthy and full is more energy. I am so grateful to have had Dr. Rim and Dr. Feiz cross my path because without them I'd still be struggling with my weight

I started at 250 ! 3 months later i am 190 and pregnant. Whoops !! Not planned but blessed in many ways and to have Dr. Rim & Dr.feiz as my doctors made everything about my journey worth it . They made sure after I had my baby that I got back on track. For the women who are worried about pregnancy after sleeve let me tell you that my baby is super healthy. She 95th percentile in growth. Thanks to my sleeve I made the right food choices for her.

Well it's been almost 7 years now since my surgery and I feel great. I haven't had any problems or issues and I actually have family members who went and the surgery themselves. Just want to send out an update and give a BIG THANK YOU TO Dr. Feiz and his Staff.

I had a lap band by a different doctor in 2005 and a replaced band in 2009. I've had many different doctors fill the band but had issues with other doctors. Based on the positive reviews I came to Dr. Feiz. His office was very friendly. I also really liked how he did the band adjustment! It was MUCH different than any other doctor and MUCH better than just guessing! I was very happy with my experience and I look forward to continuing my care with him.

If you want a team that goes above and beyond for you choose Dr Feiz! Dr Feiz and Dr Rim preformed my gastric sleeve 5 months ago and have been there for me every step of the way no issue was to small for one of them to reach out to me day or night! Not only are they AMAZING surgeon​s they have surrounded them selves with hospitals and partners that are outstanding! Last night I was taken the the hospital in upland where I live and needed an emergent hernia repair, after contacting Dr Feiz he arranged for me to be transferred by ambulance to a hospital where he could take care of me at 1130 pm

Update: I've now lost enough weight to fix my ventral hernia I've suffered with since before the sleeve surgery. I elected to have an abdomiplasty (tummy tuck) at the same tame, and am now 6 weeks post op & a size 10; I feel great! Update 9/21/17-size 8 & feeling healthier every day. Hiking, swimming in the ocean, truly living life I never knew before due to weight considerations or obstacles. Truly life-changing

I cannot express how grateful I am for Dr. Feiz and his team. From day one they made the process an ease. I decided to change my life and they have helped me every step of the way. My mom has battled weight loss for as long as I can remember. She heard of Dr. Feiz one day while watching television and contacted his ranch Cucamonga office soon after. Everything fell into place wonderfully and she went in for surgery last week. She is already 20 pounds down and couldn't be happier and has nothing but nice things about him and his staff.
