This is the best decision I have made in a long time! I’ve struggled with being overweight most of my life and this honestly helped me so much. I been on the hcg regimen for about 6 weeks now and I’ve lost 35 pounds ! Don’t feel groggy or tired I feel energized and I feel much healthier. Sandra is great! Makes me feel motivated. She helps me get through the week and she responds to my texts so fast anytime I have a question. Anybody struggling with weight loss please go to Rcmc. It’s worth it

I have been coming to RCMC for 2 years. Staff has been nice & accommodating. Today the NP refused to refill my medication because my BP was 143/68. Rather than let me wait for a recheck she rushed me out so she could get to lunch. This could have been handled differently, instead I am upset and without my medication. I feel she was selfish and entitled. Thanks for nothing!

So I started RCMC back in June and I’ve completed 45 days of HCG and 45 Days of lifestyle and lost 35+ lbs. I couldn’t have done it without my counselor Sandra! She was truly an amazing support to have and was honestly the best. Sandra was always a phone call away or a text away to answer all my questions and believe me I had a lot. RCMC is like a family!!! They truly care about your weight loss journey and are always there to help and they want you to succeed! I always felt really supported in my journey.
