But nobody could spell it correctly on checks, so Mr. Duisterhof made a simple change to his first name. Gordon began his career as a Lindsay Water Softener Dealer out of his house.
Mo has been with Gordon Water for 15 years & he loves the interactions with his customers. In his spare time you can find him at a sports event & spending time with family & friends. He likes MSU & the Chicago Bulls. He has two boys & two girls. What Alan likes best about working in this industry is the interaction with the customers.

We are a couple months in now and have been extremely happy with the filtration and reverse osmosis system that was installed! There is absolutely no funny smell from our well water or iron staining! It tastes wonderful!
We may need to get someone back out to check the connection on our fridge - the water output is quite slow now. But we are so happy with the decision to get it this system!

We recently purchased a Storm Iron Filter. Phil Miller was our salesperson. Phil was very knowledgeable about water filtration processing. There was no pressure to buy, he was courteous, informative and displayed a very good sense of humor.
Our installation (Senior Service Technician) person was Tony Klimek. Tony was also very informative, courteous and good natured. He took great care in reviewing all his work with me and how it worked. He demonstrated an exceptional level of knowledge to where I felt I had purchased a good product and had good people backing it up.

I highly recommend Gordon Water Systems! Chad came out, tested my water, recommended, quoted an entire water softener & RO system and answered all my questions. Cam and his partner (sorry, I don't recall his name) removed the old system, installed the new system, explained how the system worked and answered all my questions. I'm very pleased Gordon Water Systems!!

I have had my water softener for just over twenty years. Finally had to get some maintenance work done. Cameron the tech that came to my house today was very professional and knowledgeable. Chad was a great salesman! He came out to our house and did a complete water test walking me through the process step-by-step. It was very interesting to observe all that. I knew I was dealing with a very unusual company when Chad "didn't" try to upsell me on products he knew I wouldn't need! Him knowing the Gordon water treatment inside and out is what ultimately sold me on Gordon. Super nice guy and very knowledgeable!

Cameron was awesome! On top of being very friendly and professional, he communicated throughout the entire installation process, giving updates along the way. He explained the system including how to change the filter and how to help determine when salt should be added. We’re very happy with the service we received from Cameron today and the product as well. Would definitely recommend!

Everyone at Gordon Water Systems have been very professional! Sam, Cameron and Andrew have all been to my house to hook up the system in one way or another. They were all kind and courteous. They all wore their masks properly and had booties on their shoes while inside the house. We always had horrible water at my house until we had Gordon install their system. What a difference!!! The water is crystal clear and tastes great. I highly recommend Gordon Water Systems.

I rarely post reviews but I just referred a neighbor to Gordon Water and decided to post my experience using this business. In a word: AMAZING! I live in the country and had a Kinetico water filtration system installed approximately 5 years ago and after all these years, I could not be happier. I have had nothing but top notch service from this business and have always been treated with kindness and respect. We've always been pleased with their amazing service. We had to get our water softener replaced - though they take a couple of weeks to come but it's worth the wait. The guy tested our water to give us options that would work for us and gave us time to make our choice. They arrived as scheduled and did a great job of installing the water softener. As always, they value their customers a lot!

Wesley called before arriving and arrived in time, within the service window given. He patiently explained the steps necessary to change the filters and educated me about the different systems available.
The office didn't seem to give him the right information. He arrived planning to service the R.O. system, when it was the water softener I had called about. Luckily he had the part he needed and took care of both, but it felt like a slip on the part of the scheduler who took my call.
I would have given a higher rating if it weren't for the miscommunication. Wesley did a great job

Years ago, we got Gordon Water delivered to our house. We never received our regular deliveries, but we were billed for them anyway. The accounts receivable woman is never in the office. I can never get through to managers. FIVE YEARS AFTER WE MOVED AND DISCONTINUED SERVICE, WE CONTINUE TO GET BILLS FROM THE PEOPLE WHO LIVE IN THAT HOUSE NOW!!!!!!!!!! Rude receptionists, pathetic service. Try another service. Not worth your time.
