I’ve called these people 3-4 times to try and cancel my service because we no long live at the address. I am still getting a bill because “it’s in my contract”. I’m sorry that you guys were booked out almost 2 weeks to come and get the water softener before we moved but how do you expect me to get the softener out!?!? I DONT LIVE THERE ANYMORE! Should NOT be my responsibility and problem that the new home owners didn’t sign up with you guys and take care of things on their end. So frustrated. Jack was NO help on the phone either.

Seriously one of the best customer service experiences I've had in the last several years. They are very amenable to changes in schedule, the water is pristine, and the price is equitable. I ran out early and went to their office to swap out empty jugs for new ones. While I was waiting in the lobby the staff had already loaded up my car with fresh water. If you're in GR and care about your water, I highly recommend you get with this service. Happy for every penny spent.

Kevin saved our weekend! We didn't realize we were out of water and made it to the shop just after Salty Saturday close time. He helped us get the water and work with the office that was just closed. We look forward to seeing Kevin when we go there, as he is always friendly and helpful. Today, he's our super hero too!

Used Culligan for salt delivery. Have no complaints about the actual Company. Good price and timely deliveries. However the salt they deliver is very poor quality. (get what you pay for) It appeared to be dirty and always left a thick film in the bottom of our tank. Accepted two deliveries and both did the same thing so we cancelled. Never had this issue with Mortin. Its unfortunate because they have a good price and it was convenient having it delivered.

- They are able to make trips to deliver water outside my normal schedule after my extended work absences,
- They always call ahead prior to water delivery to remind me (which helps tremendously in my busy schedule),
- They handle all customer service over the phone with a live person (rare these days and highly appreciated),
- They are always helpful over the phone,
- They are always polite and upbeat on the phone - a far cry from the slack-jawed apathy or fake pleasantry that passes for "customer service" these days.
...In other words, an old school business

Update: After this issue, Culligan billed me for a cancellation fee. I spoke to Rodney (GM) who did resolve that issue as he indicated that he would.
I had a Culligan System installed. Had problems continuously. The salesman was very rude and I finally had the General Manager not send him out any longer. I spent two years with them trying to get the system to work properly with no avail. I was using 6-8 bags of salt per month. Continued to have odor and some yellow staining. They added units and increased my lease price. Still continued to have issues. They wanted to add even more equipment and
