My complicate is that the owner was very rude to me, got home with my smocks one was missing a loop, looked it over really good before calling, my husband even took a look too, well had to call smockers when I explained what was wrong with my smock the owner began telling it was impossible that their couldn't have been anything wrong it so they sent me another one, but when the other smock came it was also missing the loop too called to talk to the owner was very rude and would not listen to what I trying to tell her again it was impossible she said for two smocks to not have the loop inside them
