I went in a few weeks ago and got help ordering new uniforms for a new job. The staff assist me in selecting and trying on uniforms for fit. When we were finished, they filled out the order form for me to sign. Yesterday when I got my order in, I took them home and tried them all on. one of the pants did not fit. I returned today to exchange the pants for the correct size, they said they could not. They had not been altered in any way. I showed them that I had not washed them or removed any tags and that they could literally hang them on a rack and sell them and

OH MY GOD! THIS PLACE IS AWESOME!! I WOULD DEFINITELY COME BACK BUY MORE SCRUBS!! I have been to several stores and this place's service is the best!! Although there are tons of people in the store today, they didn't ignore me and ask me what style I was looking for. You know what's make my day great while shopping? DISCOUNTS!! The lady gave me FALSE assurance on the day I’ll have the uniforms and gave me the wrong style of uniform that I ordered. I understand with covid there is delayed shipments but on the day I ordered the uniforms the lady assured me that I’ll have it by the day I needed it as she knew I will travel, i even gave them 2 more days but still nothing. Another, I never received the style of uniform that I ordered and they gave me the old style thinking that I did not notice, didn't want to argue anymore as I don't have time for that and just took it. Honestly, I think they just wanted my money. Never

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! I came to the store for buying some scrubs and the ladies direct me to the men section nicely and immediately get set of scrubs that the colors I am looking for. They help me get the size I fit very quickly and that saved me a lot of time! I'm very happy with the service and definitely will come back again for more scrubs! THANKS FOR THE SERVICE LADIES !!

Want a V.I. P. experience go to this uniform shop. Staff was very professional. They want to help you! I went in there to get scrubs for my
job at the hospital. Staff greeted me upon arrival and immediately got me set up with a set of scrubs. I provided staff with what color was needed for my department and my sizes . They escorted me to the fitting room.
The scrubs fit great and price was descent. Staff will gladly order for you if they are out of a size. Very friendly place.

I am a cosmetology major And my school forced me to go to this specific vendor. I have a compound last name. So after a few weeks of waiting to receive my scrubs they only put half of my name I payed 85$ for this uniform and they tell me (I don’t know my name and I need to pay more money)and it’ll be ready in 10 business days. It took them 5 weeks to put 5 letters on my uniform!!!I needed it a week from now this place is awful.

I purchased some embroidered lab coats from the Medical Center store. The embroidery came back correct, but unfortunately, I did not notice the actual coats had a manufacturer defect until I was home. I brought them back to the store and Ariel was so helpful at initiating replacements immediately. The new coats needed to be embroidered as well, so she kept me updated on the status. She always had a great attitude. I felt like I was a priority and that my issue was important. Thank you for all your help, Ariel!
