Brian's Auto Repair was founded in 2006 by Brian Johnson, who has been in the auto repair business for over 35 years. Since then, we have always sought to provide outstanding service for a reasonable price and on-time delivery. We know that word of mouth is our best advertising, and our customers are treated honestly and respectfully.
Brian knows cars: he's been in the automotive repair business for over 35 years. When he opened Brian's Auto Repair & Tire in 2006, he knew he wanted this shop to be different than most of the shops around: one with service that is honest, safe, reasonably priced, and fair to the customer. Brian is well-known in the greater Fitchburg area for his integrity, technical knowledge, dedication, blunt honesty, and sense of humor.
My cars have been serviced by Brian's auto for 10+ years. I have recommended Brian's to countless friends & family and have ALWAYS been satisfied with every job done. Stopped in today to have a tire repaired and not only did I get the for free (perks of being a car club member) but Jay regulated the pressure in the rest of my tires for good measure.

Every October, we offer free brake pads and shoes to our customers and donate 20% of our labor costs to the Cleveland Clinic Breast Cancer Vaccine Research Fund. Last year, we raised over $1800 to support this critical effort.
October is Free Brakes Month! Every October, our shop participates in Brakes for Breasts, a national campaign to raise money for breast cancer research. For every brake service we perform during the month of October, our customers receive FREE brake pads or shoes, and we donate 20% of the brake service to the Cleveland Clinic Breast Cancer Vaccine Research Fund.

Brian is actually a good mechanic however cannot do electrical although his flat mate can he doesn’t want to ! Had a tire fall off a truck on a re torque caused major damage in which he charged for lol . Grumpy guy can’t keep employees and is far from a good guy to talk to . Never asked for pricing spent well over 30 grand time to retire Brian , it’s like Michael Jordan he quit while he was ahead you should do the same ! You know who 😀

Brought the car to Brian because my tire had a slow leak. Unfortunately, they couldn't fix it that day because of where the nail was but Brian was more than willing to talk me through my options and even suggested another place and to get my problem fixed as soon as possible! Highly recommend using him.

We recently moved to Fitchburg and were looking for an honest mechanic when we came across Brian's on Yelp. After reading the reviews we decided to give them a try. We were not dissapointed. Brian seems like a great guy and his employees are very corteous and professional. We dropped our vehicle off on Monday afternoon for a pretty significant repair and it was ready Tuesday morning. They also provided me with a ride home on Monday after dropping my vehicle off. They also give flowers to the ladies as a courtesy, which I thought was so nice. We are new in the area and needed a mechanic. I read many good reviews concerning Brian and his team so we brought our truck to his shop. Brian was very accommodating and made you feel that you were in good hands. He was resourceful and patient showing us and explaining in detail the problems with our vehicle and the best way to address them. I am happy we found a mechanic I feel is fair and looking out for our best interest.

We have brought our vehicles to Brian's a handful of times in the past 2 years, from minor repairs and maintenance to big, complicated jobs. We have never had a bad experience.
Brian and his staff are professional, knowledgeable, honest, fair, and just all around kind, friendly people. This is a pretty tough combination to find, so I'd highly recommend Brian's to anyone in the area looking for excellent auto repair service!

I have a son who attends Fitchburg State. He had a failed inspection stating that a ball joint needed to be replaced and they also said the radiator was leaking. I checked Yelp to see who was in the area and their reviews. I meant to call a couple but after speaking with Brian over the phone and reading the reviews, I was going to have my son go there. Brian called to give me quotes and got everything done at a reasonable cost. All good.

I've been a customer of Brian's Auto Repair for over 8 years now, and i would never bring my car anywhere else! Brian and his team are extremely honest and straightforward.
