Deborah worked as the Director of Career Services at an Allied Health School in Northern Virginia for five-years when unexpectedly the school closed in 2012. Being a single mother of three children and not yielding any job offers, she started making cupcakes to bring in income for her family. God has given her the talent and grace to produce custom cakes and cupcakes without any formal training.
What started out as a few orders has grown into a very successful business with a new location in Atlanta and a pickup location inside of We Do Weddings, Etc. in Woodbridge, VA. They also operated a kiosk in the Food Court at Potomac Mills Mall for two years. Delicate Creations is a company that caters to our customers custom cake design ideas and imagination.

I’ve been ordering my cakes from Delicate Creations for about 5 years now. I’m an event planner and wedding coordinator as well so I do refer them to clients.
The past few time that I’ve ordered, it has been for the same group of ladies . One lady said she hate red velvet and I asked her to try and after trying she said " I said don't like red velvet but I lied today". 😂😂😂
They said it's perfect and it's not too sweet even down to the frosting/fondant.
Everyone who I known to try their cake absolutely love it!

Nothing shy of Excellence! My son’s 16th Birthday Celebration was all about his love for basketball and Delicate Creations Custom Cakes DELIVERED! The teens loved the cake design, but when they ate a piece, it was a game changer (they asked for more and wanted to take some home too).

I have just met Debbie this past weekend. I was looking for someone to make a cake for my sister's birthday on short notice. She was the only one that contacted me stating she can make the cake for me. I was so excited that I found someone that loves what she does and that it shows through her work the cake was absolutely perfect the way I wanted it and the taste best custome cake I've ever tasted in my life. Now this company is all about quality, I was on a time crunch with a little less than a week to get a fun 90's theme birthday cake for a cousin and Delicate Creations came through. Amazing work, amazing flavor, and great customer service. I highly recommend this company for cakes and will be using them in the near future. Pricing is a more than I planned to pay but for the feat they pulled it was worth everything I paid for.

Some of the best cakes I have ever had. I have ordered several times for myself and my daughter. Not only are the cakes beautifully decorated, but flavorful and moist. The moistness last for days. I have been a loyal customer of Delicate creations for years. I was completely blown away by my daughters college graduation cake in her likeness. People are still talking about this cake 2 years later and have requested similar designs.
