I went in for a routine colonoscopy last week. I remain very impressed with the quality of the patient experience in this hospital. Every person I came in contact with seemed glad I was there with a smile and a few friendly words.
The nursing staff is outstanding! Very professional, very competent, and friendly.

I went to the new South Baldwin ER building for the first time recently for a test. The paperwork was done with assistance quickly at the front window. Wait time was minimal and what would be expected with an appointment. The test was done in a timely manner and most professionally. I was very pleased with the whole experience, and I received results in the mail in a matter of days.

I had to go to the ER. I was happy with how quickly they were able to get me to the back and administer something to help with my pain. The next morning after being admitted I had to have a surgical procedure done. Upon waking up from the procedure, after not being able to eat for the last 24 hours, it was weird to wake up, and have the staff sitting around eating. I don't think it's very good to be eating when you are caring for people that have not been able to eat for up to 24 hours. My nurses on my stay were very helpful and had a lot of patience. We moved her 8 months ago, and I had to have a procedure done on my neck. South Baldwin Regional hospital very very nice very professional, they make sure you are comfortable, they take care of your needs. I have had a problem with my neck and arm for 16 years Dr. Flower is the best he fixed my neck and my arm. Dr.Flower is 💯 percent the best and also the hospital is to.

I went to the ER because I was experiencing severe knee pain. Reception was a great experience. The X-ray technician was awesome and did a great job. I was expecting to be examined by a doctor but that never happened. A nurse told me I had arthritis and that was it. A total waste of. $90. Can I get my copay back? I doubt it…

From signing in to checking out, I’ve never experienced such nice patient service in any medical form. Everyone was professional and also smiling. The facility is very clean, and the hospital doesn’t have a sense of gloom but a sense of hope and healing. Front desk had a welcoming and warm smile on her face, Triage was fast and kind whilst also professional, CT scan crew seems happy to perform their jobs but also caring as I was a little nervous and obviously sick. Not sure you want me posting publicly about my experience at your ER. I will not be recommending your ER to my friends and family as the posters in your ER suggest. The computers were down for maintenance and everything had to be entered by hand...why should this affect your patients? Nurse came in twice, then apparently went to take another patient to a scan - we never saw him again. Hours later another male nurse came in and when my husband complained he snarled back at him. There was no call button in my cubicle. The only nice person brought me a blanket (after 2 requests to a surly female nurse

Front the first step into the I was treated with the Respect and concern about my reason for being there. The receptionist was very helpfull and with Urgency to get me back to see the nurse and doctor. The nurses where there very quickly to do there stuff to get me checked out and gathering info for the doctor. The doctor was very Thorough when examining me. For an emergency room I felt very comfortable and taken care of. I would recommend this place to anyone with a medical emergency. Thanks to the nurses and doctor that took care of me.

My experience with the Wound Center was very rewarding thanks to Dr. Staggers and Caitlin Brown. They are very dedicated to their patients and are focused on healing all wounds. My experience with the HBO department has been excellent thanks to Ashley. She makes every session a delight and is always very knowledgeable as well as helpful.All of this is done with the supervision of Emily who does a wonderful job. Thank you for caring like you do.
