My husband, Carl, called Zoom Drain as it is 24/7 and they said that if the job finished faster then they'll send a tech right away, however, they gave us a tentative window between 10-2 pm. Kyle came around 1pm wearing proper equipment and told us our options. We asked for his suggestions and did not recommend the highest price right away. He said he will take a look first and then will let us know. Carl and Kyle were outside of the house working on the problem and Kyle was explaining to him what is happening and what is going on. He finished the job right away and was very polite and professional

My garbage disposal backed up late in the afternoon. I called a few plumbers but no one answered the phone. When I called Zoom Drain, I talked to a live person and described my problem. I got a call back in a short time and was told they could come to my house in about 30 minutes, they would do an estimate, and I wouldn't be charged if I decided not to have them do the work. Chris arrived on time, evaluated the problem, and described what he would do to fix it. I agreed to the price and Chris cleared the pipes. He was kind, respectful, patient, and communicated clearly. THE BEST. No charge to walk in the door. Worked quickly. Explained everything and did exactly what was asked. Friendly, compassionate, thorough and extremely reasonable cost. Such a positive experience with Zoom Drain. We had a nightmare situation where the technician ended up having to stay well after midnight. He was so thorough and careful to be sure things were taken care of before he left. He was back the next morning first thing to finish the job. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for professional, honest service.

I am a real estate professional. Zoom Drain has stood me up four separate times. Twice for my own home purchase and twice for a client of mine. The service requested each time was a Sewer Line Scope/Camera Inspection. For the first three attempted appointments, I was given a window of time for them to show up, and at the end (or after the end) of the window, they called to tell me that they were going to be extremely late or that they would need to reschedule. The fourth time I was told, after an apology and promised discount for not showing up the previous day, that the technician would arrive

Mr. Derrick Gantt - the Technician was very diligent in working to identify the problem; he found it; fixed it; CLEANED UP afterwards !!! He was of excellent demeanour and very pleasant.
