We were having major backup throughout our house plumbing system. The sinks and the tub started to back up and wouldn’t drain, so we were scared to even use the toilets. We didn’t know what was going on. Made a call to Profound Flow and within the hour everything was back up and running( they had to work with the sewer line into the house). We were able to use the bathroom worry free the next morning. You can imagine this was a big relief for us physically and mentally.

We woke up one morning to a soaking wet basement. The sewer main and backed up into the laundry room. ProFound Flow was quick to respond to my calls, get a guy on site and complete the hydro jet of the main drain. That day we were back to normal and we were able to run water. This team saved our hide! I consider myself a DIY type of guy and living in an older house we have had our fair share of repairs and maintenance but nothing could prepare me for a water main leak flooding into my basement. These guys were great I was referred by a friend. It was easy to get in touch with Jay and schedule an estimate. The guys showed up on time and did a great job hooking up all of my gutter lines to the main water line in my house in Philadelphia. Knocked it out fast in about a half day and did really professional work. The guys were great about walking me through everything before, during, and after the work was completed. They are my go to for any plumbing, drain, or heating issues for my properties now!
