Glen Place Apartments

My experience at Glen Place was amazing. I recommend to all who are looking for a place to stay in the Northland.

The landlord was super rude and had a lot of favorites she could never say anything nicely first! She also never showed to our moved out time and did not answer then phone or text so we had to just leave! I would love contact with the higher up because we did go back to clean the garbage and there was nothing wrong with it that was above the normal wear and tear and that’s not an excuse for her not to show up and to get zero response from her to this day!!

I've lived here a few years now and have had no problems with anything said in poor reviews it's quiet here and I can get a hold of the property manager anytime I need anything done. I've had to have maintenance come in for a clogged sink and he took care of it within 24 hours and was super fast and also cleaned up the little bit of water he got on the floor even when I said it was okay because I was planning on bleaching the floors that day. The property manager has been nothing but wonderful when I've needs anything she has pointed me in the right direction since I am not originally from here

Horrible place to live besides homeless living around the complex the landlord is insane. Yells at everyone very angry lady and never is in the office! Impossible to talk to her. If your thinking about moving here dont :)!

Property manager called me ignorant on our move out date and was horrible manager. Terrible office hours and was never in office during said hours. Maintenance came and cut a whole in our wall and left it for six months. Mold under both kitchen sink and bathroom sink, burn markers all over the apartment and clogged kitchen sink upon move in.

The Managment is uncoordinated. There is assigned parking in the main lot but, you cannot purchase a spot. There are "plans" for more parking but had yet to happen.
