Laundry room needs TLC.
Nice campground type environment. Not at all in a traditional linear RV park setup. Owners have taken advantage of natural landscape to design RV spaces with seclusion.
Somewhat OFF the beaten path which offers some privacy and serenity but about 12 miles from any services like food, fuel, entertainment.

I moved here two weeks ago, and I am absolutely more in love with it than I was when I was checking out places. I work remote, as does everybody these days, but full time all the time virus regardless. The spots are amazingly laid out, it's quiet, the people are friendly but also everyone pretty much seems to keep to themselves in a very respectful way and that's nice. If you are looking for a long-term spot, I heartily recommend it! And Kay, the manager, is fabulous.

Decent park has a ton of amenities perfect for a vacation but not long term. Lots of small plots. Barely good enough for an RV but not enough room in most lots for cars. No internet at all. Must have Dish. Decided not to move in. If they were more clear about the costs for garages or storage and would clear out the branches of undergrowth it would be much better.

I love Coldwater Creek RV Park!!! I've visited multiple times to see family, and it's been nothing but heaven on earth. It's such a peaceful place and it has such beautiful scenery! 10 out of 10 you need to go! They also offer specials on tiny homes to for a great price! I can't wait to go back and visit my family when they're able to have me again.

There is no RV park better within hundreds of miles. The lots are all unique, spacious and private. The owners are very friendly and truly care about the state of the park. The manager, Connie, in the office is very responsive. There is a good mix of tiny homes and RV's which makes for a great community. My wife, kids and self stayed there for just under a year and were all sad to go. Especially since we left right before all of the fruit trees were ready to be picked. My only complaint is the price of the washers and dryers but they were new and just installed so I can understand why they would

Beautiful quite park with unique settings. Fruit trees cover the landscape, while chickens give you cage free eggs, and recycling is available. Washer and dryer with other useful items like a pool table and BBQ pit are available for use. Owners are very nice and we are enjoying our stay.

We have been here for a little over a year now and I can think of no other place I would rather be. The park is beautiful there are so many trees wildlife everywhere and very friendly squirrels. They keep the grounds clean and well groomed. The facilities are awesome. The people are very sweet and accommodating and always quick to jump in and help with just about anything. If you are looking for a nice, quiet and relaxing place to stay for a short time or looking for a forever home like I was, this is the place.

Awesome place! The owners are really great. they make you feel so welcome and at home, are very laid back and friendly, along with everyone that stays here. I love this location. Nestled deep in the hills with lots of trees. Nice and quiet. I love that they have a little playground with clubhouse close to our spot that is great if you have kids staying. There's a great covered outdoor FULL kitchen and recreation area with an ice maker, oven, stove, grill, smoker, fridge, hammock, pool table, darts, kid toys, a fire pit, walking trail, you name it. Multiple laundry rooms with everything you would

Coldwater Creek RV Park is extraordinary, it is unlike any other park we've seen. The people in the park are friendly, welcoming, and helpful which creates a strong community style atmosphere. The owners and staff are also very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The owners and staff are continuously looking for new ways to improve this already excellent park in order to make the guess feel more comfortable and at home. The pricing of the park is very reasonable for the environment, space, and amenities that they have. All of the spaces are large, private, quiet, and have lots of trees. I highly

Although we're here for an extended stay, if we were just passing through I'd also stay here. Very clean and well maintained. There's trees everywhere, no baking your RV in the sun. Washers and dryers available, showers, the spaces are well thought out and large. There's workout equipment and they are pet friendly with tons of land to run the dogs. Travis is awesome, very welcoming, he's genuinely appreciative to the residents! So glad we found it!!
