We offer full-service lots, free basic WIFI, laundry room, 1/2 bath, an onsite parts store, pull-through sites, recycling and a dog park, No aggressive animals. No-aggressive animals are allowed. Pet weight restrictions are 40lbs max. Shot records and pictures are required. Two pets, two vehicles, and two persons per site.
Additional occupants (age 5+) are an additional $5/person per day. A credit card hold & non-refundable $55 charge required for all daily reservations and a $150 charge for weekly reservations. Long-term reservations (2+ months) can be held with a $250 deposit. All rigs must have holding tanks and be in good condition.

I absolutely LOVE it here! First of all the property is beautiful and tucked away. Even though it is right off the main road, it stays very private. The team is always out and about making little improvements to the spots! Everyone that I have met, whether it is a neighbor or someone who works there, has been super friendly. They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and if you need anything they're happy to help! I'm so beyond grateful to visit here. Thank you Big Oaks team!

I bought an RV for an interstate trip and needed to set it up for a couple weeks before departure. We found Big Oaks and stayed there for 2 weeks. The park is super convenient to Cedar Park, Lago Vista, etc. RV spaces were big enough for a first-timer to position comfortably. There is a wonderful open area at the back with fantastic views of the hill country scenery. The management was very helpful, as our car haulers kept delaying pickup and we needed to extend on a day-by-day basis. Although the park was almost full, they juggled new arrivals so that we could stay in our space. Texas-friendly

I love this place!! It is my new home, I have met all such nice people. The management/owner is so great and helpful!! If you want a park with great rules to keep it clean and orderly you should look no more! Message me if you have questions, they have a laundry room, free WiFi for computers, iPads and phones! They are working on building a recreation room for us to do events and meet each other... and they have a great dog area!!! Super DOG FRIENDLY!!!
