I pre-booked a taxi to take me home to Franklin from Nashville airport after an exhausting 48-hour journey from Europe. I had arranged to meet the car outside the terminal building but it never showed. When I called and spoke to their booking person she insisted that I had booked a taxi to, and not from the airport though this was clearly not the case as I had been explicit with my instructions. The woman who took my original call and my call from the airport was extremely rude and unhelpful. Their poor service and lack of professionalism cost me an additional $30 as I had to take a more expensive
