The drivers established NashVegas Cab Corporation by cutting their operational cost and utilizing their over 600 years driving experiences to provide the best transportation and customer service possible. NashVegas Cab is humbled to service the area residents, business travelers, visitors and tourists of the music city.
Up to 4 passengers in a taxi cab sedan and up to 6 passengers in a taxi cab van ride for the price of one with just a small $1.00 surcharge per person. That makes us much more economical than airport shuttles and you never share a ride with strangers in our taxi. Next time you are going out of town, call us first to reserve your taxi cab.
NashVegas Cab is glad to serve our corporate and small business partners no matter what their size is. Once a contractual agreement has been established with the corporate and business institution, we will bill to the designated account payable department for processing. Our corporate account program is a great way to help a corporate institution expand their outreach to a diverse market of guest/patients.
NashVegas Cab Corporation understands our customers occasionally leave behind their valuables unintentionally in our taxi cabs. Our company policy is that every item lost and found must be returned in its original form to the rightful owners immediately. How hasn't this company been investigated? Tried to get anyone on the phone but nobody ever answers. These are basically gypsy cabs that run without any oversight. They charge whatever they want and get aggressive with customers who question them. They are dangerous and should not be allowed to operate anywhere. Please avoid them. If anybody knows how to get an investigation going, please do it. They are so unsafe. Scary business.

Horrible experience. Called to confirm they could take me 90 miles to my destination from BNA and they said yes. Called back again the morning of my arrival to double check it was booked and they said yes and not to worry. The woman was very rude when I asked where to meet the cab and she said you just have to look. I wish I could rate 0 stars. My blind husband got charged 70 dollars for a 4 mile ride on Friday night and the owner says they can charge whatever they want. Of course he didn’t get the cab number he is blind. The owner said because they are independent contractors they can set their own rate and charge you whatever they want. They should put this on their website. This company should be out of business. And come to find out the ride had been paid for and then he paid again. Wow 70 dollars for a 4 mile ride.

This company is dishonest. Driver of cab #100 agreed to $25 for a 11 min drive. On arrival to our destination, he swiped our card for $65 when he thought we weren’t looking. When confronted, he swiped our card again for $45 without our consent. This company targets women and extorts them for money. We attempted to call the company without any answer. Be safe and take an Uber.

I'm disabled and in a powerchair. I've been having problems getting to my Drs appointments and to testing etc. This company was asked could they take me & they said yes. They called in advance to let me know about what time they'd be here. Then they called when about 10 to 15 mins away. The driver was friendly and I enjoyed our conversation. Made the trip go by faster. He got me to my Drs appointment with time to spare. He waited for me to get done and then brought me home. I'd recommend this company to anyone.

NashVegas Cabs took me from the Nashville airport to Fort Campbell. When I was to return, I used the app to schedule my ride to the airport the evening prior to my flight. I received a call to verify an hour before my pick up time and he was 10 minutes early. Both drivers were friendly, professional, and courteous.I recommende this company based on price, service and professionalism.

I have to leave another review to let everyone know I was able to get in touch with the company. Despite me being polite, the woman manager was EXTREMELY rude with a noticeable attitude on the phone. She said that despite this being a 24/7 company, she does not answer the phones/ emails or go to the office on the weekends. She was the rudest business manager I have ever dealt with. This company is a sham, and they stole my belongings I am sure of it. Do not take this company.

This was honestly the best cab I’ve ever taken. The operators Karya and Ruby(ka) were so kind and even went above and beyond to secure me a cab. Then the taxi came earlier than than the eta. The driver complimented me with respect and even paid off my student loans!!. He looked familiar but I couldn’t put my finger on who he was but he was so sad so I told him to never give up and keep working. Now I find out he’s Barack Obama the very first black president. Overall 10/10 ride

Driver charged more than posted price. We asked why and he said it was standard. I told him posted price for flat rate doesn't charge $5 per person but $1 but he refused. Stay away from this taxi. I read reviews on line after we got out and many say same thing about over charged and no meter running

I was picking my friend up at the airport the other day. Traffic going into the pickup zone was very heavy and I had to wait in order to merge into the correct lane. A very rude cabby from this company was behind me honking his horn incessantly. When I finally merged and traffic came to a stop yet again, he pulled up next to me and began shouting and cussing me out. I attempted to contact the company, but the "contact us" link on their site led to a blank page, so yelp review it is. I was traveling for work and received this cab at the airport to take me to my hotel in downtown Nashville. I confirm credit card payment was allowed prior to departure. The cab driver was nice, but upon arrival, the credit card machine was not working. I sat for 15 minutes while he tried and tried again. He then called the main line and explained the issue and the representative on the other end told him he would have to wait because she was talking to a board member (not sure what that means). I was given his phone and sat on hold for five minutes before he hung up and redialed. He seemed frustrated

This is probably the worst cab service in all of existence. They are all the most terrible drivers. They will cut you off with no blinker and no warning. I dread being in the vicinity of these cabs. I've also heard stories of them repeatedly blowing through a school bus's stop signs. They obviously have no regard for our safety. Please hire better drivers or get the heck out of Nashville. We deserve to be treated better than this on our roads.

Refusing to turn on AC on an 80 degree Nashville morning and instead insisting on open windows to the airport - so much for my blow dry.
And then - the greatest ! - get to airport flat fee. Dude grabs my card and then forces a 20% tip on it. As in presses the button. I make him back it out and then put a 10% tip. Because oh hell no. I flat out told him - if you hadn't done that I would have given you at least 20% because I get it - but hell no. And then dude doesn't even get my bags or check that my husband got them all.

Was 'assigned' one of these cabs from the taxi stand at the Nashville airport.
The driver was friendly enough, and he took a direct route to my hotel - that part was fine.
Things broke down when I was being dropped off. Not surprised the one review that seems like it is from an actual customer is negative. I would never use this cab company after they pulled in behind me at the entry gate to my community this evening and promptly attempted to go around me. That did not happen because I did not allow it. Quite frankly, this behavior is indicative of employees who are rude, unprofessional and scary. I certainly believe the review from a fellow Yelper that the driver gave her the middle finger when he was the one in the wrong.
