Chuck gave us lots of great resources to get our house ready to sell in North Natomas. We hired a terrific landscaping company, friendly housecleaners and an awesome junk hauler. We sold our house so fast we didn't have time to blink! It was a stressful year for us traveling back and forth but Chuck gave us all the time (and patience) that we needed.

I can't recommend Chuck enough! There's nothing better than a trusted resource in anything in life, and Chuck is by far the kindest, sharpest, best Real Estate Agent I've ever met. He really does take the time to listen, follow up, and has seen it all. He's professional, cool, collected, and totally unflappable. Do yourself a favor and work with someone who genuinely cares and is a pleasure to work with.

Chuck absolutely made my rather complicated, out of state real estate transaction, happen. He referred me to the right agent in another state and had my home sold in 1.5 days when listed.
