When people walk into Bagoy's Florist & Home today, they become a part of our story. We're a legacy shop built over nearly a century by a network of family. In 1922, that family was John and Marie Bagoy, a couple of green thumbs whose backyard greenhouse supplied their family with vegetables. Soon enough, enticed by the fresh produce, the neighbors came calling, and John and Marie obliged.

Highly fragrant lilies are not permitted in our local hospitals. Shop from our hospital-friendly selection to be sure that your loved one can enjoy their healing gift of flowers. Locally, yes, our hospitals have chosen to restrict high scented lilies from patient rooms in hospitals. People that suffer from allergies or scent can be bothered by too much fragrance, so much like latex, if it causes issues, it gets banned.

It was late Friday afternoon when I received information for a funeral which was being held in another state 3 hours ahead in time. I immediately ordered flowers on line from Bagoys. I am extremely happy to say that the order was filled and delivered in time for the next day’s very early Service. I’ve been buying flowers and gifts from Bagoys for many years. They have never let me down. My family and I really appreciate their efforts and will always be Customers.

We needed a Sicilian flower crown made for my daughter's senior night. Bagoy's made it a point to impress! I wish we had taken pictures of the bouquet they made for her coach as well. It was thrown together with a few perfect pieces, and it was stunning. We will be using them for graduation for sure!

Bagoy's flower arrangements are always beautiful and I've always appreciated their top notch customer service, but today they really went above and beyond. Got me out of a pickle. This arrangement is absolutely stunning & Bagoy's saved the day! I cannot thank Bagoy's enough. I would give 10 stars if I could. Highly recommend.

My first time walking into the Bagoy's store front and was extremely disappointed about how I was treated as a customer. I'm not sure the lady's name or if she was a manager/owner (dark hair), however she was extremely rude and snobbish to me over picking out some overly priced flower stems to create my own bouquet. In addition, she denied me the ability to pick from the nicer looking stems, stating those were only for the designers to pick from.
Needless to say, I walked out without buying anything and would never ever give Bagoy's my business again! I was able to get 5 times

Having already received a couple beautiful flower arrangements from Bagoy's Florist for special occasions in the past, I decided to select the same company to supply our wedding flower needs. They did not disappoint. From the beginning, our florist designer Heidi was easy to work with, informative, and very helpful in helping me decide on key flower types. The receptionist was always joyful and ready to help. We were quoted prices throughout which were accurate and shipping to our home off the road system was a breeze. We simply had the flowers delivered the day before the wedding, kept the arrangements

The staff at Bagoy's was so friendly and helpful! I am out of state and wanted to get something special for my sister who is in currently hospitalized at Alaska Regional Hospital. I wanted something other than just flowers for her, and their succulent garden and toiletries were perfect for her. She loved them!! Thank you for your help in this situation.

The folks at Bagoy's are fabulous. Â Every time I've received or sent flowers via Bagoy's, the arrangements have been beautiful. Â And when I call, every single person who has ever answered the phone there has been helpful, efficient, and friendly.
AND -- what has prompted the writing of this review -- the wonderful woman who answered the phone this week actually ran out to the delivery van that was loading to make a last-minute change that I was requesting due to last-minute news of the recipient's health status -- and the wonderful woman who scrambled to make this change

I ordered flowers for my mom. I was absolutely disgusted when she sent me a picture thanking me. The flowers were not even close to what was on their website. I ordering the smaller version and a balloon. Turned out to be $114-ish. Really expensive but my mom is worth it and I wanted to wow her. But after I saw the arrangement I was livid... it looked cheap, like it was from the grocery store, didn’t look like the photo online at all! I feel like I got conned.
Update: the manager called me to make it right. Offered to either switch the bouquet out or give me partial refund. She was very nice

I needed a last minute birthday floral arrangement for my nieces 17th birthday. It was 2pm on a Saturday and they closed at 5 pm. The girl on the phone, shandra, or something like that, was clearly discouraging responding that they close soon and there's an extra charge for same day delivery. Expecting me to say no thank you , I asked if it could be done, will you do it? She put me on hold twice, trying as hard as she could to be nice , she told me the extra fee would be an extra 40 bucks. Never asked can she help or what would i like to order.

Our Sophomore Leila has been asked out to Prom! So we had to order and get the obligatory Boutonnière for the gentleman who's taking her to the event! It has to match or be neutral as I learned from the lady assisting us. Some gem crystals will be added to his white rose for effect matching her gems on her dress.
They were excited for Leila after seeing her dress in

The best place for me to find fresh and beautiful flowers for all occasions. I love the way they arrange the flowers. They are a perfect gift if you'd like to put a smile on someone else's face. Aside from their magnificent bouquets, they also have fragrant soaps and lotions, potted plants, lamps and much more unimaginably beautiful gifts. The staff is also very helpful if you have any questions and delivery is always on time. Complete experience was wonderful. Highly recommended!

Over the years, I have received the most exquisite floral arrangements from Bagoy's. Not only are the arrangements 'works of art' the containers in which they are arranged are beautiful. I don't suppose many reviews of a florist would include photos of empty glass, but this one does-as it exemplifies that Bagoy's pays attention to the details of beautiful design. The curly willow from one arrangement began to sprout. I've let it grow to see what becomes of it!

As caterers, we tend to see it all from other vendors. We appreciate when our clients select Bagoys. Their deliveries are punctual and arrive fresh and beautiful! Our staff does not have to fuss over the arrangements, as we have had to do with arrangements from other Florists.
Is Bagoys expensive? Absolutely! However - you always receive quality service and products. Well worth the price.
Their home goods - well, my husband has banned

I had the best experience ever with Chanda at Bagoy's on Dimond. She was extremely helpful, and is dedicated to helping the community.
Not only were Chanda and Julie so incredibly helpful and upbeat, their products were amazing.
I had never been to Bagoy's before and was amazed with their wide variety of adorable home items, I would definitely go back to Bagoy's for all my gifting needs. There's something there for everyone.

From the salespeople to the designers, Bagoy's really takes the time to care about the arrangement you are ordering. They have an impressive selection for an Alaskan florist and can create pretty much anything you have in mind. They can work with almost any budget. Thank you for my most recent order to my friend who just had a baby girl. The arrangement exceeded my expectations!
