I am so disappointed to say the least. I booked a My Reptile Guys on December 7th for a February 5th birthday party. The accepted my reservation with no problem. However, they cancelled today with a one line email that says "The owner says we do not service your area. There's nothing we can do." Their website clearly lists their service areas which includes my town. The invites have gone out and kids were expecting a show. I had a show that was scheduled for today at 11:00am and they are a no show!!!!!! I had people show up to my home early in the morning just to sit around and stare at each other because this business lacks the professionalism enough to SHOW UP and on top of that you can't reach ANYONE if your event is scheduled for Saturday or Sunday whic is RIDICULOUS!!!! I've sent emails, called, text and NO RESPONSE!!!!! This was supposed to be for my sons 12th birthday and it's RUINED!!!!!! I had this show that was booked weeks ago, mind you. Please be professional and have the decency to respect

Just had our sons 5th birthday party yesterday & Bill was the life of the party! With tons of reptiles the kids & even the adults had a blast! Bill was very friendly & very educational. All of the kids & adults learned a lot about reptiles, amphibians & what to look out for in the woods in the area! Highly recommend this company (especially Bill), we will be doing this for all of our future birthday parties for the kids.. and maybe for us parents too haha!

This is a pretty cool event and definitely something different to do to liven up a party. It is also a great photo op. They have a lot of cool animals, but my main complaint is that you don't necessarily get to pick and choose what animals you want to see. The website implies that you can, but apparently they have not updated the website in awhile, and they do not have a lot of those animals anymore. Additionally, the company only has one or two of certain animals, so if they are having more than one event at a time, it is basically first come, first serve with that animal.

Excellent!!! Wow!! My kids had a BLAST! I had the 1 hour 12 count reptile animal show. The show was educational, exciting and fun!! It was pretty epic! There was not one dull moment! Briana was enthusiastic and patient with our bunch of excited kids. Thank you so much. This was definitely a great experience!!!
