Today, was my second time doing my son's birthday at MiniTown and I have nothing, but amazing things to say! The decor was on point and exactly what I was looking for. The staff is excellent and so kind. They assisted with everything from the beginning to end. The children were well entertained and so were the adults. I love that it is private and all inclusive. Everyone had an awesome time and looking forward to more birthdays here in the near future.

I was a little hesitate about this place because of the other negative reviews but I took a chance since they had everything that I wanted package deal and place wise. I do not regret it !!! I just celebrated my daughters birthday this Saturday and it was one of the best experiences I had !!! I was a bit scared too because my uncle recently celebrated his daughters birthday at kubo and they treated my little cousins and his guest horribly and I didn't want that to happen at my daughters party because I would've been very upset! It was the opposite the girls were really sweet to all my little guest

I recently booked my daughters birthday at this establishment for April 25th and gave a 500 deposit to book the date but due to everything that is going on with the Coronavirus and with everything being pretty much canceled indefinitely because of safety measures, I called in to see if they could refund me my deposit since i will obviously have to cancel the birthday and no one is going to come because "social distancing" which the government is urging us all to do. The person I spoke to told me that the only thing that they could do for me is give me a year to use the money I had put

I would never recommend this place. They don't care about Humanity. I was really excited to work with Mini Town unfortunately they don't care about people they just care about money. I called to cancel my party because of the Coronavirus and they don't even care they just want to keep the money. They don't understand that the deposit money is needed to provide for my family in this very difficult time. Horrible customer service.

I had my daughter's first birthday party last weekend at MiniTown. Everyone had a great time and even tough she's still little she was able to enjoy her party too.
The staff was very attentive and polite. The entertainer was excellent too. All the guests had a great time!
My favorite part was the decoration though. I told Nathalia what colors and theme I wanted for the party and she took it from there. My husband and I were pleased with how everything turned out.
I'd highly recommend MiniTown for your kids parties!

Minitown is a cute and cozy place to have a toddler/kids party. Nicely decorated with good A/C and clean bathrooms. Apparently they offer different party themes you can choose from and will decorate the facility accordingly. The food station is small but well set up to handle your event. The kids have a small jungle gym to run threw as well as a climbing wall an a few video games to play with. The staff was friendly and very attentive to our needs and was on top of the housekeeping throughout the party.

What a great place for a kids party! Ranges of Colors and fun decorations! The location had a jungle playground, wii area, rock climbing, and so many more games and areas for all ages. They were also open to have face painters, characters, alcohol for adults and most importantly... FOOD! Kids and Adults had a great time and it was spacious enough for adults to sit while their kids ran around.

This is the 3rd year in a row that I have my daughter's birthday party at Minitown. This is an excellent private indoor party place for children which includes the food and beverages, activities for the children and an entertainer. They take care of everything from beginning to end which makes my life much easier. Price is reasonable considering what you are getting. A full fledged party with food and drinks, entertainment, music and an attentive staff. There is rock climbing, gaming, and an indoor playground for the kiddos. It is indoors so you do not have to worry about weather and

I had a wonderful experience at Minitown for my son's birthday party. The staff is really sweet and amazing. They assisted with every stage of the game from pre-planning to setup, cooking, putting gifts in the car, and cleanup. They were on top of the food constantly to ensure guests had everything they needed. Music was at a comfortable level, the facility was spotless, and there was something for every age group to enjoy (two story playhouse, wall climbing, basketball, video game systems, etc). Yupi the entertainer was also A+! Highly recommend.

My daughter held my grandson's first birthday party here today. The place was clean as a whistle, the a/c was nice and cool, and the room was decorated beautifully with the Mickey Mouse theme that my daughter chose. The staff was very helpful and polite. The unlimited pizza, hot dogs, popcorn, ice cream, and soft drinks were served throughout the 3 hour party and the staff took care of all of the clean up. They even helped pack the birthday gifts in our cars. The entire party could not have been any better and the guests all left with smiles on their faces.

The only reason this place gets two stars is because the kids seemed to have fun in the indoor playground. The staff lacks enthusiasm, not a smile, no eye contact with guests, really, no interest in making you feel welcomed. They just stood there, most of the time checking their cellphones. The food was terrible, terrible! Besides the fact that you had to beg for a slice of cheap pizza. Cheap hot dogs. Cheap utensils. The serving counter looked old, not very clean. The website pics are very deceiving. This place's equipments have not been clean since they were first installed!! Do

A year ago I celebrated my daughter's 2nd birthday. I had the best experience ever compared to her 1st birthday which I had it celebrate at Bounce Playworld (13550 SW 120th Street, Suite 504, Miami, FL 33186). Anyway, I went today and looked for prices (thinking that for a returning customer, I would get a better price... but NO, they raised the prices). I think I paid almost $1200 for 4 hours, my own "clown"/entertainer and no photographer. Now they want me to use their own entertainer, their photographer and if I choose a cheaper package, I would have only 3 hours for the same

The best kids party venue in Miami!! This people are over the top!!! After looking all over Miami for the perfect place to celebrate my baby's Tiffany & Co. theme 1st birthday, I'm so glad I chose Minitown!! The party was absolutely stunning!! Natalia, Lucy and all the staff were great! My friends and family loved it! The kids had so much fun! My video came out super cute!! The pictures were great!! The owner of this place Natalia will lie and tell you anything to get you to leave a deposit. We were promised a pro photographer and by Natalia's own words "we didn't have to worry about anything".
Well, the photographer turned out to be one of the food servers, how deceptive is that? 95% of our 2 years old daughters pictures are blurred, out of focus and under exposed. We can not use any of them.
As we arrived and the party started we found many details were left with no leadership or initiation
