My crown popped off and Dr. Reiler took her time to secure it on correctly and make sure it was comfortable before I left her office. She also was able to work me in between existing appointments
to fix it quickly. She’s an excellent dentist and I’ve been her patient for several years and trust her completely. I recommend her to everyone.

Many people have a fear of going to the dentist for many reasons. Guided by this impression, I was a bit apprehensive coming to my first, long overdue dentist appointment while in college. Even though my father had gone to Dr. Reiler before and came out with outstanding results to his dental health, I just did not know what to expect with my own dental health since it had been so long since I had seen a dentist. They have a great desire to make everyone feel comfortable. Everyone is friendly and answers all your questions. I went in to check on a cracked tooth, and Dr Reiler did a great job of explaining my options and setting up an appointment to see an oral surgeon nearby. She obviously knows her craft and has been doing this for a while. It's nice to have a dentist who owns their own business. I was using another dentist, but I'm planning on using Dr Reiler permanently. Everyone is efficient and the office is very appealing.

I had an excellent dental experience yesterday with my dentist, Dr. Carlee Reiler.
I lost a huge filling on one of my molars and immediately called to set up an appointment with Dr. Reiler. Next day I got in! She took care of what needed to be done. I left the office an hour and a half later with my temporary. How quick (and not a bad experience at all) was that!! She explained the procedure as she worked along, which is a caring way to ease the tension that one experiences in dental offices.
Her dental technician was excellent as well!
I recommend Dr. Reiler highly!

I LOVE Dr. Reiler & her staff! I am always greeted warmly immediately upon entering and I never have to wait. Dr. Reiler and her staff are fabulous! Marie is my favorite. They know I am not a big fan of going to the dentist and they are very gentle and thorough with my care & treatment. They not only know my name but they know me as a person - which is rare nowadays.

I was extremely disappointed to see the previous review of DDS Reiler. She is an extremely nice and competent dentist. She really cares about her patients. Even if you are not due for an exam, she will pop in to say hello and ask about your family. She does really great dental work, too. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. I love coming here!

I was told on the phone that this practice accepted my insurance only to find out upon arrival that my insurance was out of network, that they file insurance claims electronically but the patient is responsible for the ramaining money owed. I was then told that they are NOT in-network for any insurance carrier. I had to take half a personal day from work in order to make this 2 PM appointment which adds to my frustration. I left... false advertisment!
