Stability Engineering provided the structural design and full seismic retrofit of this 47,000 SF remodel of the decades old Rite-Aid building on the corner of 9th and circle. This was a challenging project that required constant coordination between the architect, developer/builder and the engineer to provide a cost effective and efficient design.
