Two closest loved ones of our family dies within 4 years. Newcomer was very kind, professional, thorough, and handled our services with dignity and respect. My father godofredo died 2 years ago. Newcomer helped my family out, The Ern was beautiful the casket was perfect and they kept his image in perfect condition where he seemed to smile which I still remember. Even 2 years later Newcomers check up on us and continue to send cards to let us know they care. My Dad, Uncle, and Grandfather have all been brought here and they always do their best to care for everyones needs.

Overall my grandfathers services were very nice. The casket was beautiful, he looked great in his suit, and the facilities were very nice the days of the viewing and funeral.
However, there were things here and there that really didn't go well the during the process. During the services, the clergy they provided called my grandfather by the wrong name, and she spent minutes throughout the ceremony shuffling through her binder randomly picking out readings that didn't really flow at all. They were amazing when my dad passed last year .We were blindsided and had no plans set but they were great and honored all of our cultural and religious preferences. They were prompt and friendly and gave us all the time we needed to say goodbyes. Stayed throughout the whole funeral even helped with covering the grave .

Don't believe the low price. Everything they do is added to the bill. My mother- in- law's cost was almost $8000.00. They did a terrible job on her complexion, hair and it didn't look anything like her. She wasn't even straight in the casket. She was rushed out and I felt like a meat market. Take a number. It was 5 years ago and I wasn't going to say anything but it was eating at me all these years. They take advantage of people when feeling down. I asked for her jewelry back and they just handed it to me not even in a envelope. People were pleasant and kind but service was terrible on the day
