Wrongful billing constantly, Doctors from SW and UH are not so good. Facility charges are out of control and will create abusive charging if they can get away with it. Our family would rather die than be treated at any of their facilities. They created wrongful damage from the last procedure there and now have lasting damage.

Come here if you like waiting more than getting medical service.
(I bet some lacky at SW general is going to respond to this with a cookie cutter excuse, like "We're moving as fast as we can based on the very limited resources we decided to allocate to all of you.")
5.5 hours later (since noon)...still waiting in the flu/covid area of the "ER" - Dec 22, 2021.
Ha! 1745, they started handing out blankets because everyone is getting cold waiting in the hallway for hours 🤣 ... I'm sure the hospital penny pinchers are loving it though. #lowstandards

I dont care if me or any other family member is dying, THEY WONT EVER STEP FOOT INTO THIS HOSPITAL AGAIN. How dare your staff, Including Dr. Poppa, who wasn't even the doctor seeing my granddaughter, tell me what my developmentally challenged granddaughter can and can't do!!!. Then to have the BALLS to call CFS on me. My attorney WILL be in contact!!

I have mixed reviews. The nurses were very nice and helpful here, but my mom told them she did not feel well the day the discharged her. They did a stress test, CT scan and other tests on her
While she stayed there. They did find out she had colitis but they still discharged her after she told them she didn’t feel any better since the first day she came in(total of 1 week). Then she had a TIA that night and went to Hillcrest, which then they discovered she has a clogged artery in her brain and needed a brain shunt Now how could this hospital misses this??
PS: then the nursing assistant told

I had the unfortunate experience of having to stay here for 7 days in this place. Horrible communication between the staff and patient. I literally had to ask for test results. Tone deafness, as three days into my stay, I had to complain about them not treating a cellulitis infection I had. Not to mention, when I spoke to a doctor about my issues, he clearly never looked at my chart, as he was quoting test results, that were not even accurate. This is the B team of health care. Go somewhere else.

What kind of a hospital takes a dying man out of ICU and moves him to a room where the family cannot be with him. Tells my family go home and they will call if they see any decline. Last night my sister stayed with my Dad in ICU and tonight they kick everyone out and place my Dad in a room all alone. I thought you were a good hospital. You lack compassion big time.
