Alleviant Health Centers has gone above and beyond to help and put my mind at ease. The nurses have been amazing to say the least and the owner has taken professionalism to a whole new level. Never in my life have I had a doctor help and explain a procedure so thoroughly. Not only that but in a way that makes absolute sense. It's apparent that Brian Mears genuinely loves what they do. The knowledge he possess about his work and the way he takes more than just the basic time to get you comfortable with the treatments, it's clear he's moved by the breakthrough treatments he's been a part of!

I had my first appointment with Alicia Baros today. I felt heard and I could tell she genuinely cared about putting together a wellness plan that works for me. She was patient, polite, kind and professional. All together I really enjoyed the experience and I feel confident in our plan. I look forward to working with her and her team!

Although my husband was treated kindly and had excellent care, the bill department is highly lacking. When my husband was seen I signed up for auto drafts, which after 2 months I realized did not draft from our account. I called and paid over the phone then was told they were not sure why but they were having issues and payments were not being drafted and that I could however call monthly and pay. I asked about a mailed bill and was told unfortunately they did not have that capability. Fast forward after making over the phone payments I requested a super bill which I received after several calls

I don't where to begin. Dr. Lawliss is very kind. I am thankful to call him a friend, and I would not have shared publicly what I am about to share, except Allievant sent me an email connecting me to Google. So, I recieved TMS for maybe 3 months from Dec. 2020 to the end of Febuary 2021. I was told it would be $1300 out of pocket, and I could pay $100 a month, and would be seen for Medication Mangement, ect. By the end of the TMS, we were in discussions of weather or not I should go to the hospital, and did go in 2 days after TMS treatment stopped. In June/July, they hired a new finance person

This should NOT be classified as a mental health facility. Care only about money and not the individual. They ran my insurance wrong upon first apt. So I was told appointments were $47, which I was later billed $200-$300 for. When I contacted them needing my psychiatrist for medicine adjustment for suicidal ideation, I was denied until I could pay the $200 deductible and toward my $700 balance. (Which could have been paid upon my next paycheck) Instead Madison at the front desk sent the police to my house, who brought me to the ER via ambulance, which I will be billed for. I do not recommend this place. They'll hold refills until the appointment you had only 3 weeks prior is paid in full (as thought you were months behind on it, not to mention I had, in fact, already paid the week of!) and until you schedule the next appointment. Who hold meds like this, especially when treating for mental health!? Horrible way of doing business. My family and I will not be going back.
