I was having difficulties with another locksmith company that I was trying to schedule with. Basically, they were hard to get a hold of, wouldn't work with my schedule and then kept moving my appointment around. What a hassle. I came across Lockology Locksmith via Google last night, so I called them first thing in the morning this morning. Alex promptly answered my phone call, gave me an on-the-spot quote and told me that he can have a technician out to me this afternoon. Talk about responsive! Audi dealer wanted to charge $542 to replace lost Audi key. In addition, I would have had to wait 3-5 business days for them to get the key, make an appointment and then go there with my spare key and car.
I found Lockology, spoke to David and Alex. They could drive from Oakland and meet me at my house in San Francisco. They had a key in stock. In any case, I was traveling, so I made an appointment for Saturday morning. Alex was very respectful, sent me appointment reminders.
On appointment day, David, the owner and locksmith arrived. He explained what he'd be doing and within half an hour

Super easy, super fast. I called needing a surf key cut for my car. The gentleman who picked up was a dispatcher and he told me his key tech would give me a call and we could figure out where to meet up. He gave me a quote over the phone, I met the tech who was super friendly and just a few blocks away, and he cut the keys for me. Everyone was very pleasant to work with and it was a fast and efficient process! Highly recommended.

Last night I tore apart my house looking for my car/mailbox key ring with no luck. Have no extras. Edgar came to my home in just over an hour after my initial call wearing a mask. Programmed a new fob for my 2017 Lexus NX 200 in 30 or so minutes and offered a reduced price for an extra one within 30 days. He also changed my mailbox lock and gave me 2 keys. Wonderful and easy service!

Here's me: My battery goes out on my key fob. I'm staring at those keys locked in my car. I'm standing in a strange neighborhood at night. You have that oh -**** moment.
I called Lockology, and the dispatcher found one of their colleagues in my area, and he showed up in less than 15 minutes, just as they promised. Wow.
Now, I'm not the best with names, but I believe his was Derek. This Lockology pro got my car unlocked, he replaced the battery on my key, and in an instant I was back on track with my day.

I got locked out of my apartment a few evenings ago, and was luckily able to borrow someone's phone since mine was locked in the house. I was worried I wouldn't be able to get help since it was already 7pm, but I called Lockology, and Eli was at my door in less than 20 minutes.
I didn't know that our apartment complex's doors are some of the hardest to unlock and pick, but Eli was super helpful and did everything he could to get the door open without having to drill and change the locks which I'm sure would be more expensive. He got my pretty much unlockable door unlocked

I live in the East Lake neighborhood in Oakland. Of all the nearby locksmiths to report response rates within 10 minutes via Yelp, this was the only place to actually respond to me within 10 minutes. Also, the most affordable quoted rate and they were able to service me on a Saturday.
I called in and asked how soon they could come. They had a locksmiths at my door within 45 minutes.
He was polite and did the job quickly. Don't lock yourself out, but if you do, I'd go with this place.
