Mark Andrew Gros founded MAG Builders in 1998 in his hometown Tulsa, Oklahoma with over 40 years of experience in custom building. Mark spent 14 years working, training and educating his oldest son, Shawn Andrew Gros, the family construction business of home building and remodeling.
Shawn then relocated to the wonderful state of Texas where he found himself expanding his construction knowledge into the storm restoration field as a contractor and restoration specialist.Shawn quickly developed a strong passion for this business of being able to combine his love of the construction field with helping others after devastating storms.

MAG builders replaced my roof around 9/5/2017 without incident. On 8/12/18 I noticed a wet spot in the corner of a ceiling. I sent photos of the damaged area to Derek Bishop (the salesperson I worked with on the roof replacement). Shortly after I sent the photo, Derek and Matt Cambell (MAG owner) came out to inspect the area. They got on the roof and informed me that there was no leak in the roof. They told me that there was a wet leaf buildup in that corner. They removed the wet leaves and told me they caulked that area to eliminate water from seeping in. During a big rain on 9/6/18 I noticed

What a disappointment! This company is horrible! We got our roof done a year ago in September and we are still dealing with them. Our roof leaked for months, trash left behind, and very unprofessional. The owner Shawn is not accountable for anything. He wouldn't help us get our roof completed and blamed the sales team. I would never recommend...anyone....to use this company.
