RHR Builders is a general contractor in Southlake, serving Dallas/Fort Worth, specializing in custom residential and commercial remodeling and new builds. We help homeowners create a vision for their home by planning, designing, pricing, and building their dreams. Our company reflects each client's need for the highest standard of quality using experienced professionals, and crafting a unique home for our clients.
It is our job to listen, to your needs and desires for your project and make it a reality. In this first step, we'll discuss, via phone call, your vision for your home or office improvement and then briefly discuss a budget, and other concerns the next step is to have a face-to-face appointment and move to consultation.
There is no clear-cut answer. The cost per square foot depends on the type of room, amenities desired, and the location of project. Kitchens and bathrooms are the most expensive rooms to remodel and the cost per square foot is significantly more than a family room or a bedroom remodel. Additions can also vary significantly depending on things such as first or second story, the foundation needed, type of room, etc.

This man builds the most amazing homes! He is a true craftsman, he has tremendous knowledge and decades of experience. He understands the construction process from the ground up. His experience can save you headaches in the long run while giving you the finished product you had only dreamt of.

RHR Builders did an excellent job renovating our bathroom! They were very careful to keep the original elements of our mid-century home like the wood floors and cast iron tub, while rebuilding the sub-floor and plumbing. It was a difficult job that included original tile on a thick mud bed, covered by multiple layers of laminate flooring improperly installed by the previous owner to temporarily fix leaks and rot, the toilet was almost falling through the floor. They knew right away what was needed to solve the issues and completed everything within our budget and time frame. Their craftsmanship

RHR Builders did a nearly whole house renovation for us. The work they did is exceptional. The quality and attention to detail is impressive. Ron had many ideas that we included in our final design that enhanced the end result. His team is trustworthy, thorough and knowledgeable. They cleaned up every day, allowing us to live comfortably in our home. We had them finish out some office space for us recently and that work was as seamless as the remodel. We are plan to have them complete more office space in the near future.
