I was referred to Jr's by a friend. JR's did an amazing job from the very beginning when I visited them to request a quote. Gary quickly walked me thru my options for new rims, tires, lift kit, and running boards. Gary quickly called his vendors and ordered the parts and communicated with me while waiting for the parts to arrive. The install looks amazing and would highly recommend them to friends.

JR Customs is the place to go for all your Van needs! We did a suspension upgrade to the vancompass 4.3 kit and they helped us with some electrical issues. They took care of us last minute while they had a lot of other projects going on. They have a great shop and went the extra mile to do research on some of the equipment we had already installed in the van. Very knowledgeable and friendly each and every one of them. Thanks so much for helping us out. Don’t hesitate to go see them. Very impressive!!!

I took my 2020 sprinter 170 to JR custom to install VanCompass stage 3 kit. After talking with the owner I decided to get wider wheels and tires as well. They completed the job in two days. From the time I called them to order the VanCompass shocks till the job was finished and van was delivered. JR kept me in the loop, sent me pictures and updates. JR custom is a very professional shop, and the people I interacted with are amazing. I am happy with job they did on my sprinter.

I brought in a Sprinter 3500 to JR’s Custom Auto Service to upgrade the suspension to a VBS Air Ride Kit. Aubrey, was great to work with. She was prompt about sending me wheel and tire options as well as quoting me shipping and service times. The parts came in a lot quicker than we expected and their shop was able to turn around and get the air ride suspension installed on the van and out the door in 3-4 days. I want to thank JR’s for the great work and especially, Aubrey, for keeping me in the loop even on her day off. I had a great experience here and they delivered awesome service!

I had my new wheels and window visors installed on my Mazda 3. Gary was so helpful in helping me find the right wheels that I wanted. We ordered the parts on Friday and by Tuesday morning they were done. She looks beautiful!! Also, a tip for anyone installing new wheels, don’t go to the automatic car washes where it drives your car through. The railing can mess up your after market wheels and you’ll have to come back to JR’s. They were kind enough to paint it over and we couldn’t even find the small chip! Thank you JR’s and I will be coming back for my other needs.

I own a black car business and I brought one of our Sprinters in to have JR's refit the interior with new seats, headliner, lighting, and USB outlets ... as well as installing a Kelderman air-ride suspension system. JR, Ashley and the team did a fantastic job. In fact, they went beyond expectations. They cleaned up some bad wiring and fixed the auto power running board step. The lead guy that did the work (I'm embarrassed that I do not remember his name) obviously took pride in his work. We cannot be more pleased. The work was not cheap ... but then again, we were not looking for cheap

I don't post reviews much, but I had such a smooth experience at JR's that I just had to say something. About 3-4 months ago, I had a mishap with my SUV and damaged 2 of my custom chrome 26" rims. They were too badly damaged to repair. In an effort to save money, I tried to purchase some used rims from a different local wheel/rim company. I have had nothing but trouble since. JR is the Best!! Now I'm on my 8th truck that JR has either tricked out or built a ground up lifted truck from a new stock Ford. In 1996 he did my first kenwood sound system with TV's and Ranch Hand everything. He's now done Mercedes Sprinter 4x4 as well as a 2017 Raptor clone that's more equipped and better performing that the ford factory raptor that was $16k more. Before you buy a Starwood go see JR and see what a true custom looks like.

I'll be honest I was a little skeptical after talking with Gary about leveling my truck and wheels/tires. After picking it up, I was thoroughly impressed with their work. I'm pretty particular about my truck and they did an excellent job. The tires Gary recommended are perfect. I ended up ordering the wheels from a cousin back in Florida and figured they would give me a hard time about it. They didn't. Although I ended up getting the tires from them it was a smooth process. Would recommend them for any leveling kit and wheels/tire install.

Emailed back and forth as well as spoke with an Ashley over the phone during the day today and called near closing time. She was very nice and said to come by right before they close so I can chat about getting my taillights blacked out. She said they close at 6, and I said I can be there by around 5:30. She said she would wait for me. When I arrived I was told Ashley had left. A little surprised, just thought maybe something important happened and she had to leave, no biggie. I decided to ask for help anyway. Someone

If you're tired of being a faceless number at 4-Wheel Parts, I encourage you to go to JR's. When you go here, you'll get solid service from this family run business. These guys know what they're doing, and if you get a chance to visit with them, and perhaps even share a beer, you'll be a fan too. It was a pleasure doing business with these "Truck Guys" Had my truck accessorized with "spray in" bed liner, BW Hitch installed and on their suggestion, got my windows tinted in less than a half day. Timing is very important, for my truck is my ancillary office. Great work, great communication and for a damn fair price. I recommend them highly!!!

I was looking for a shop to tint my car windows and JR's came highly recommended from a buddy who had also gotten the same service done on his vehicle. At the $139 price tag I honestly had some concerns, but with the Texas summer quickly approaching I gave it a go.
I was advised to go early so I wouldn't have to wait too long so I got in around 10am. I was shown the different options of tint and was even given the choice of choosing the not so legal variety. I had some of that foggy film on my windows that I forgot to wash off, but they said it wouldn't be an issue as they clean
