I absolutely love this office! Dr. Patel was very informative and answered all of the questions I had about my treatment plan without hesitation. He definitely knows what he’s talking about!
I also want to shout out their hygienist, Brittany! She did an amazing job cleaning my teeth, she was quick but very thorough. I left feeling squeaky clean!! 10/10 recommend making this your forever dental home.

I had a great new patient experience today at vida dental William cannon location.The doctor and staff were very caring,understanding and helpful. These people are extremely dishonest.....My wife went for an exam and provided her insurance card as requested by them. She was told that they do take her insurance and that they would verify before her appointment to make sure the check up was covered by the insurance...On the day of her appointment, she showed up and was told AFTER she came out from seeing the dentist that they had called the insurance and that they would not cover her exam because they were not in the network.....She was never told when she showed for her appointment of before she saw the dentist....therefore she ended up

I really love Dr. Patel and his staff at Vida Dental South. They don't take my dental insurance, but they have a yearlong membership program that covers my cleanings and costs about the same as dental insurance. If It weren't for the customer service I get, I would probably find another dentist that is in network, but they take great care of both me and my kids every time we visit. Also, my oldest had braces that were both 1) relatively affordable 2) the fastest braces ever. He was in and out of them in about a year.

I saw Dr. Patel recently after quite awhile away from a dentist and had a great experience with him and his staff. They were friendly, patient, explained everything clearly and did great work cleaning my teeth, getting things back in tip-top shape.

Dr.B literally has helped me get my smile back again. He has been so patient and so caring. Everyone there is super sweet and always greet you with a smile. I got a crown on one tooth and let me tell y'all it looks so natural (an amazing job!) While in the procedure Dr. B and Lisa checked up on me every few minutes I really appreciated that. Would totally recommend this place coming from a person that's so scared of dentist!

I'm such a fan of this place. Dr. Patel offered to fix my permanent retainer at a really low cost (the last time I received an estimate was a few months ago, and that person quoted me at $500!). This is an easy-going, chill office and the secretaries, hygenists, and dentists are really easy to work with. They take most insurances and they always do a great job. Dental cleanings are usually kind of uncomfortable, but here not so much! Also Dr. Patel is really nice and the staff never makes me feel uncomfortable. I am definitely planning to come back!

I am very happy with Vida. The place is extremely clean and professional. I have had all positive experiences in my almost 2 years of being a patient there. Maxine and Eunice are especially wonderful! I like being able to listen to Netflix shows while I'm getting my teeth cleaned as it eases my anxiety! There are so many dentists in Austin but you won't be disappointed if you choose Vida! Plenty of parking too which is always a plus around here!

Best dentists ever! I was TERRIFIED of every dentist before I found Vida Dental. Even made my fiancée schedule my first few appointments with them. My implant was put in yesterday by Dr. B-- I'm showing everyone who will look at my new tooth. He is knowledgeable and explained every part of the process. I have been visiting this place for 3 years with Dr Bednarski and the previous doctor before new doctors taking over. The doctors and facility are not bad. And I'm satisfied with all the procedures done there.
But be cautious about the front desk who could over charge you constantly. They always use a wrong method to calculate your out-of-pocket payment when deductible is involved and this guarantees an overcharge. You will be paying more than you should if you don't read the insurance EOB carefully. And they also bill you charges that insurance company think should be considered

Dr. Bednarski and the staff at Vida Dental are amazing. I always know I am in good hands. My teeth come out looking squeaky clean and I always leave with a goodie bag to keep them that way. When something is wrong, it is conveyed in a way where you actually want to "floss more" instead of feeling like you are being scolded.

Vida Dental is not the dental place you dreaded going to as a kid! Much better experience here than at any other dentist.
Very friendly and knowledgeable team at Vida. They were able to clearly explain everything they were doing and why. They were also able to convince me that I really need to start flossing by explaining what could go wrong.

They don't try to freak me out and make me feel like I have to get a bunch of work done. They also explain everything to me, so I know what they are doing. They don't talk down to you or make you feel like you're a bad person for not always flossing or following perfect dental hygiene.
I'm just glad they aren't pushing a lot of work on me. They know I want braces and new veneers but don't try to talk me into getting them all done immediately.

Had a wonderful experience getting x-rays and a teeth cleaning, all while watching my choice of show on Netflix. I came back about a month later to get some cavities filled.
