I recently purchased a bed from This Bed Man store. My salesman, Eric Sikorski, was very professional and helpful throughout the process. Unfortunately after sleeping on the bed, I was very unhappy with this purchase. I called back and attempted to return the bed that I purchased and upgrade. Eric was unable to do assist with this request, but was very nice and attempted to get his manager to help out. The manager came on the phone rudely and told me that this was "not his problem that I do not like what I purchased." He was unwilling to work with me even though I have purchased multiple beds from

The salesman was top notch. The premier king mattress we bought started out fine, but after nine months it became high in the middle and sloped to the sides, causing sleepers to roll to the edges. Rotating the bed from end to end, as directed, didn't help. It's still comfortable, but gives you the feeling that you're lying on a slope. We should have stuck to a named brand.

Several years ago Bedman sold us several LITCHFIELD mattresses for our summer rental house. After 3 months of use the king mattress had crater like dips on each side where one sleeps and a long high ridge down the middle. When we bought it, Bedman said they could not guarantee it if we didn’t buy their box springs, and we did. We called them back to come inspect the mattress and they said the dips weren’t deep enough to return it, and that someone should sleep on the middle ridge to make it go down. The Bed Man in Murrells Inlet, SC is an absolutely wonderful store. They have a wide selection of beautiful beds at reasonable prices and they are not pushy at all. Their customer service is top-notch and the delivery was very quick. They also carry amazing Daybed and Trundle beds and they have the most amazing stand-alone Murphy Beds. Great options for all rooms, large and small. I had in fact, purchased the Trundle Bed and I love it! And the best part of all is that their items are all MADE IN AMERICA! I highly recommend this store if you are in the market for a new bed/mattress.

What a great experience! Bedman went over and beyond expectations for me. Since July I have been getting runaround from 2 online vendors and finally decided to visit a showroom. Went to the no name mattress store you see on every corner in Myrtle Beach and they had a wait until Thanksgiving. Found Bedman online and spoke with ERIC. Met him next day. He was great! If you need a bed in the Myrtle Beach area Bedman is the place to go. Nice showroom. Very fair prices. Staff could not be nicer or more knowledgeable. Eric S. was great. We had a problem to solve and he got us right to the best product. Delivered the same day. They have their own trucks and crew. The delivery guys were great. Hands down, the most painless mattress buying experience I have ever had. The customer service was incredible, the prices are extremely fair for the industry, and I am typing this review with my new mattress sitting in my house which was delivered to me, for free, an hour after I left the store. I cannot wait to shop here again the next time I need a bed or a mattress. I'm am blown away by how exceptional their entire process is.

If you are looking for THE best service, THE BEST prices, and the fastest expedited delivery when purchasing a bed....the Bed Man is the only store you need or will want to go to for your purchases. The mattress specialist listened to what we liked, explained everything and answered our questions we had, and completed our sale quickly. There is a difference between salesman and mattress socialists in this industry - so remember to go the specialist rather than a salesman. I am one happy and impressed customer!!!
