Buying a mattress and box spring was very easy and quick in the store. Katherine was knowledgeable and friendly. They were delivered the next day by two wonderful guys who put together my heavy wood bed frame after they carried it upstairs from my garage. I strongly recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase a mattress set!

Brian efficiently guided us through the options as we tried out floor models and expressed our preferences. No high-pressure sales tactics. Large selection, GREAT pricing, free delivery—in our case, just an hour after we made our choice and wrote up our order! Plus the delivery guys were terrific—they “made haste slowly” as the saying goes. Overall, I can’t imagine a better furniture-buying experience.

Brian went above and beyond to assist with a warranty claim that he actually no longer carries. He followed through, kept me up to date and got it done!!! Went in to buy 3 mattresses today, Mattress Experts was the second mattress store we visited. We sure dodged a bullet! When we walked in we weren’t acknowledged, so we decided to leave, that’s when the staff (Brian) who I believe is the owner decided to greet us— as we were crossing the threshold to walk out of the store. We told him we wanted a soft mattress and everything we laid down on was just too stiff. We weren’t happy with the products that they offered, and we were just about to leave when his coworker (some girl whose name I do not know) decided to mumble under her breath to Brian

Brian Bayley went out of his way to help us! We bought a new house in N. Myrtle Beach and we had taken a bed down to sleep in the first night but it got wet during travel. We slept on the floor the first night and the next day we went bed shopping! The first few places could not deliver for a few days. When we went to see the Mattress Experts, Brian Bayley, he told us he could deliver that afternoon! We bought a new king size bed and they delivered as promised! They gave us free delivery and two new pillows! Great service and prices!

I was very thrown aback by the way the owner was treating his staff. He was violently screaming at teenagers to do this/that. Telling them to do one thing one minute, then to only yell at them the next and saying why are you doing that do this. He used very inappropriate verbiage towards them and was telling me excuses of why he thought it was ok. It was not ok. They also plug cash purchases over card so "you don't have to pay tax". Seems like a very shady, unethical place. I hope his staff is okay and finds a better place to work. They have a good selection but I don't support

We needed a king size mattress for our condo in NMB. We were only in town for four days at the end of March and thought this would be an impossible task. Saw the reviews and decided to try Mattress Experts. Spoke to Todd and was very impressed with selection in the store.
