Each of our nurseries has been designed to provide an environment that is stimulating and brings out the best in your child's development. Our nurseries are caring, sharing, learning and most of all fun. It's an environment that will ensure your child thrives as an individual. Beechwood Childcare was established in 1991 by Janette Price, following many years experience providing childcare in the voluntary sector.
We provide a high standard of care and education for children, fostering their individuality as they grow. We employ a highly motivated and dedicated team who have been carefully selected and trained to maintain our high standards. Each team member is required to complete relevant training courses to keep up to date with current thinking and best practice.

Services
Children in our care are escorted into school just prior to school starting and are collected from their classrooms as agreed with the individual school, ensuring continuity of supervision. We provide play opportunities either side of normal school hours including games, arts and craft, books and a variety of toys.
Beechwood at Haslucks Green is a fantastically welcoming place to send your child. Always approachable and willing to listen, our friendly staff have a wide range of knowledge and a professional attitude, with plenty of time to support your child and you in any way they can. We aim to allow children to explore life in a safe and happy environment that we like to think of as a 'home away from home'.
Beechwood at Meriden houses a cheerful and stimulating 12 place baby room. Qualified staff who have been with Beechwood for many years take care of the children aged from 6 weeks to around 24 months where there is plenty to do from nice quiet story times to really messy play such as painting with feet, playdough and even mashed potato!
Here at Mill Lodge we pride ourselves on having a relaxed, friendly and welcoming atmosphere. We have an experienced team, most of whom have worked at Beechwood for more than 10 years. We offer a loving and caring environment for children from six weeks to 11 years in our baby room, tweenies, preschool and school club.
Beechwood Childcare opened in 2000 and is situated in the grounds of St James' Church of England Primary School. Both settings operate as one nursery with children 2 and over attending Beechwood Preschool at St James School and our younger children enjoying the benefit of the space and beautiful surrounding of the Old Chapel.

My child has been attending nursery wrap around care at Beechwood and along with his sibling, goes to the holiday club which they both absolutely love. The manager of the nursery has a great vision for the nursery and the children are always doing really exciting and fun activities which we can see photos of in the Facebook group and on their online profile which the staff enter to mark certain milestones and achievements the child has made. I have a background in primary education and I am really thrilled with how happy my children are at the nursery and how supportive and caring the staff are

All members of staff are kind, friendly, caring and fun! They develop excellent relationships with the children and my son is always talking about them and what they have done together.
There are so many activities, indoor and outdoor, set up for the children daily and my son loves telling us what he has been doing and showing us his creations. Beechwood also has a great outdoor space where they take the children to, ‘forest school’ and enjoy the outdoors.
