Bruce was very kind, attentive, and was there the next day with his crew to dig our well. I am sad to hear of his passing a few weeks ago. His crew leader has taken over since then.
By comparison, the competitor company scheduled our installation 3 weeks in advance and never even called to cancel our appt. I still have yet to hear from them.
But our new well that Bruce and his team installed works beautiful. Crisp, clear, beautiful water all day long.

I woke up to NO WATER monday Morning. By Monday afternoon Bruce had his crew to me. They tried to save my well but there was too much sand. It is now a week later and I have a new well! They made sure my family though was never without water, setting us up with tanks. Anthony and Greg worked tirelessly to get my old pump out. They were always communicative of what they were doing and what was going on. Would recommend to anyone!

Where there is a will, there is a way. Some companies want to drill a new well and some companies want to fix your existing well. If other companies "can't" get your well pump out, these guys will get it out. They don't give up! They saved me close to $4k by not having to drill a new well, which is what another company said I needed. They are "the well guys!"

Tried to more than triple the quoted worst case scenario price day one - I was quoted a price but to be safe I asked the worst case scenario price. By the end of the day that price had more than tripled ! Also they left nasty brown sludge all over my new cutters, window casings and redwood siding . TERRIBLE service all the way around !!!
