Thank you to Dennis for coming right away after we had no water for 2 days! He replaced our pump and pressure switch in a matter of 2 hours and explained the process to us in a language we could understand. Very professional and kind!

Awesome service! Everyone I spoke to or worked with was incredibly friendly and professional. Responded to my after hours emergency call within 30 mins, and had a tech out the next day. Same with a follow up emergency call that happened few days later. Amazingly fast work at a great price. Everything they did was explained very simply, but not in a condescending way that sometimes happens with these kinds of services. I can't recommend them more!

Replaced well pump and replaced 86 gallon pressure tank with a (new tech) Grundfos constant pressure system utilizing a 2 gallon pressure tank & electronic control unit.
Dennis was very knowledgeable, efficient and was willing to explain and answer any questions. Our well was difficult to access & he attempted to minimize damage to yard and bushes.
Reasonable price and done very well with minimal down time.

The day started with a bit of concern, would they show up, could the fix the problem, would we be lambasted with a huge expense, how bad can it get? They were on time, in and out of the house to access the… problem, determined it was outside affecting the inside, set about the task of fixing it in 3 hours. The bill was at the lowest end of the quote and the guys doing the work were so nice. It was a pleasure working with local contractors. Thank you

My well pump wouldn't shut off and they came out right away (squeezed me in before a long weekend with possibly no water). They installed a new pump quickly and efficiently. Now we have better pressure than before! He was super nice (even while my crazy dogs and kids bombarded him) and answered all my questions. The price was extremely fair - highly recommend!

My water died on a Friday. Dennis came out the next day and had everything fixed on Monday(had to order parts). He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Pointed out a few things wrong with my electric and also fixed that. Highly recommended

Called them around 11 in the morning, told them my issues and without seeing it he knew the issue...my well pump. The guys showed up about 2hrs later and installed my pump and switch! Super guys and I was so happy to have my issues fixed so quick ~ Thank you!!!

Had called them to fix my well because my water quit working while in the shower. I wanted him to keep in touch with me before he started the job.i had another issue I wanted him to check..He never called me nor answered his phone once he started the job.I was charged.There was a cut wire between house and the pump.He fixed it. $95 for service call.$50 for labor. $7 for a splice wire kit.What I don't understand is that he changed my well cap for $48 without explanation..So I tried to call him,he didn't answer just left a Bill. 4 stars for repair and quickly showing up None for commutation.

I had a low water pressure issue as water was building around my well cap, so I called Gordon & Sons.... best call I've made! Next morning 8am, he was at my house tractor n all ready to get dirty and get my well all fixed up.... by 11am, I was all set and done. He dug 6 feet around my well cap, fixed my broken PLATSIC 90° fitting with a BRASS replacement and covered everything back up. He also was quick to notice a issue with my pressure tank and adjusted the psi inside the tank for me, which he didnt have to do. I was very pleased with the service, price was reasonable. What professionals. Showed up on time every time they said they would. Very good at answering questions. Due to my low volume well they installed a reservoir system. Workmanship was impeccable! I would highly recommend them!

Our well pump went out and our family of 5 was without much needed water. Called Gordon & Sons first thing the next morning and Dennis was there within the hour. He quickly diagnosed the problem and got started replacing the pump immediately. We were back up and running in another hour or so and are very happy with the level of service and professionalism.
