Someone hit my Uhaul in the middle of the night as I was moving to a new city and Cioffi's showed up in no time once Uhaul called them! Wayne (driver) updated me with ETA, towed my Uhaul within minutes to my new home, AND was kind enough to leave my keys in a lockbox. I truly can't recommend them enough! What I don't recommend is moving at night to avoid the August heat 😂

I called for a tow they were there in 15 minutes.
Might have have been less then that, the guy who answered the phone was very professional and that goes for the tow truck driver as well. I was very pleased with there services and highly recommend this company.

I called Cioffi's after many calls to Philly tow companies and after being stood up by one company. Wayne, who answered my call, was very helpful, quoted a competitive price and good timing. The driver Zach showed up 1/2 hour earlier than expected which was great! He was super pleasant and patient while we were dealing with Philly parking authority lot. Towed to my house in NJ without issue. All around an excellent experience for a stressful situation. Cioffi's will be my first call if/when I need a tow on the future.

Man I got a story for y’all. I would give this place a million stars if I could. Listen. I’m a new single mom and was driving my son back from a trip we took to Virginia. I pulled into an exit to take a rest stop as we had an hour drive back still. Anyways. I smell smoke and my hood is smoking really bad to a point I thought my car caught fire. I had to pull off and get my son out of the car super fast before calling 911. After the smoke went out and the fire department dealt with it- it needed to be towed to a mechanic as it was not able to be driven. I used Cioffis services. Scott was the

When driving home, I broke down at a light on a local highway. I realized I needed a tow to get my car somewhere and also needed to figure out a ride home for myself and my dog. They were the only local towing company to answer my call at 10:30pm (despite several in the area saying they were 24/7). I explained what happened and was told they would be there in 15 minutes. He (didn’t get his name, a little too frazzled) arrived at exactly 15 mins and told me to go sit in the cab with my dog. He took me, my dog and my car to my mechanics and then drove us home as well! I was really panicked to break

We blew a wheel bearing on our boat trailer last night. We were recommended to this company by a boat towing company, but went with our insurance roadside assistance. After waiting for our insurance they ended up assigning this company. The driver was very experienced in towing trailers, and impressively got the trailer (missing a wheel) onto the flatbed without dragging it.😯
