They were extremely knowledgeable and friendly from day 1. After meeting Marcus for an estimate, it did not take us long to know they were the perfect fit for our project. The previous owners of our home had no water issues in the basement but we wanted to be proactive and more comfortable finishing the space out after the inspection. We were told water has a tendency to penatrate after around 30 years and our home happened to be ~27 years old. I am confident we won't have any problems with water thanks to dry otter.

Waterproofed basement - We saw their truck at a neighbor's house. I called and their salesman (Tyler) called me and came out to give us an estimate. He presented himself and the company very well and gave a very reasonable quote. All correspondence and the work completed by the crew headed by Orlando was handled very satisfactorily. The Dry Otter team did about a weeks worth of work in one and half days. Working in cramped conditions they put in a french drain and sump pump to dry out our basement. The work looks tight and the basement already feels drier. Thanks to David, Allen, Jeremy, Austin and Ricky for their professionalism and great work product.

Fantastic work, very professional. Crew showed up on time everyday, cleaned up the site after every visit. Had water in the my crawl space. Sump pump installed, trench dug and liner placed. Not the cheapest company but not the most expensive. They knew what they were talking about, and offered better quality materials for the same price as other competitors.

Dry Otter did a phenomenal job throughout the entire process of getting our basement waterproofing system installed! We could not be more pleased. My finished basement and crawl space flooded during the June 2019 heavy rainfall event in the Hickory, NC, area. I entertained offers to fix the issue from two different companies. I chose to hire Dry Otter to do the necessary remediation and waterproofing. They installed an interior drainage system at the base of my below-grade block walls with two separate sump pumps in the two different areas and liners up the walls. They also sealed the crawlspace completely. Kevin, the owner, came out to personally inspect the finished product and made a few adjustments to the work of his own accord.
