I have a home that was built Circa 1910. There is very little crawlspace for anyone to bellycrawl under my home. Some of the home is non accessible in the very back unfortunately. However these guys were able to place 3 steel beams at a total of 36 feet all together and several concrete block piers to reinforce my floor. I didn't have any water damage nor was there any active termites thank goodness. They also added insulation and a moisture barrier. I was very impressed at the work these guys could do and I always feel sorry for someone having to crawl under my home no matter what they are working

Can’t say enough about this company. We discovered we had mold as well as some structural issues in our crawl space. Hydro help 911 did a thorough inspection and recommended a solution.
Ryan was very professional in offering a solution for a minor issue we had. Clint the Foreman kept me abreast of the progress and was extremely helpful. Morgan at the office was so helpful in providing the building inspection report as well as third party mold remediation inspection.

We contracted Hydro911 to repair our crawlspace: mold removal, sump pump install, dehumidifier install, french drain, sister joists, new vapor barrier etc. They did an exceptional job from start to finish. Soni and his team are insanely hard workers and worked on the job non-stop. They were very respectful of the property and especially respectful to me and my wife. There were some unforeseen expenses that came up which required quite a bit more work and the team handled it very professionally. Morgan was phenomenal at keeping me in the loop for timeframe and updates. It can be very frustrating

I hired hydro help 911 to service a crawl space for a client of mine. It is a soon to be century house with a lot of history in Lincolnton.
One wing had a crawl space that was in need of help. From moisture issues to mold which were both contributing to wood rot.
They were very attentive with scheduling and communication and an all around pleasure to work with.
They took care of the issues with a moisture barrier and a dehumidifier system and now the crawl space is so clean you can eat off the floor!

I recently purchased a home in Lincolnton, NC that was in need of some structural repairs. HydroHelp911 was very responsive in coming out and providing a timely and fair estimate.
